Another good stay with Emily and her team. There are numerous restaurants within a short walk from the property. And there's Robinson's Mall (food, shopping, supermarket) at the Pedro Gil train stop, about 1 km away. There are many jeeps that go there too.

It's a new hotel so that very clean and comfortable. The staff are very kind and friendly. It's very convenient, close to the supermarket and restaurant and LRT.
Just one thing negative is noise from LRT. It's very loud. If you can not sleep with noise of train, it might be annoying. For me, it was very comfortable stay here.

員工很有禮貌，服務態度也不錯！
飯店的地點真的算挺方便的，生活機能很好，附近就有賣場跟輕軌的站，要去叫有名的景點，從附近的輕軌站出發也不算遠！
但是，房間真的有點可怕，進去就看到讓人不太能接受的昆蟲，而且不止一隻，甚至我會在床上看到他們！！
毛巾也沒有想像中的感境的感覺！
這是家很注重環保的飯店，我可以理解為什麼只給一組沐浴清潔用品，但是那個份量真的有點太少，我後來並沒有去跟櫃檯要求可否給多一點，因為我是用我自己帶來或是去外面買來的盥洗用具！
飯店沒有提供飲水機，所有的水要自己買，這點真的也挺可惜的！
可能我習慣洗比較熱的水，浴室熱水是我來菲律賓這幾天最溫熱的！但是浴室沒有鏡子真的很不方便，當我要刮鬍子時，我不知道我有沒有刮乾淨，我只能到外面小客廳，對著長鏡子刮鬍鬚，但是我很怕刮鬍水會滴到地上，這個對我來說真的很不方便！

A small cockroach greet us when we enter the room. Aside from that the room is clean the staffs are friendly and very accommodating. The aircon is not cold enough even it’s on the 16. Maybe they should upgrade their aircon. The water pressure is also low overall our stay is good

Stayed for a few nights prior to going abroad. Needed a place in this area. Location was good, a bit noisy with the LTR passing by, but get used to it. The room was good and spacious.

The fact that essentials like water and electricity are alternately not available is very inconvenient. This is our first time to encounter an accomodation with curtailed water and power curtailment. IT SUCKS!

Emily and her staff were helpful. LRT stations Quirino and Vito Cruz are 5-10 minute walks. Plenty of fast food options and local restaurants nearby. Supermarket in Green Mall across the street. Robinsons Mall in Ermita is not far either (LRT station Pedro Gil, one stop north of Quirino), and offers much more.

It's a new hotel so that very clean and comfortable. The staff are very kind and friendly. It's very convenient, close to the supermarket and restaurant and LRT.
Just one thing negative is noise from LRT. It's very loud. If you can not sleep with noise of train, it might be annoying. For me, it was very comfortable stay here.

3ベッドルームの部屋を探してこちらにしました。部屋は清潔ですがコーヒーカップがあるのみで何も備え付けの備品はありません。それとマラテ周辺で遊ばれる方は徒歩15分程かかりますので明るいうちは歩いて行かれてもいいですが夜遊んで帰る時はタクシーやGrabを利用されたらよろしいかと思いますマラテの中心地まで200ペソ弱で着きます。夜は騒音もなく静かにお休みになれますよ
