房间里没有 Wi-Fi，太失望了😞

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the location is accessible to the general public, they also have a free breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this place.😊

Food is not good. I saw a small cockroach on the buffet crawling on the bread. "Please advise the kitchen for this."

Room is prone to noise in the hallway. You can hear people walking and talking. And its very loud. Food option is very limited.

The hotel is good, also the service. However, there is no floor mat inside, and no Wi-Fi in the room. The Wi-Fi is available only at the lobby.

Broken phone could not get in touch with front desk / no toothbrush / no bottled water / no slippers / room has small roaches / room is clean / spacious / breakfast buffet good.

Highly recommended! Mababait di yung staff. Suggestion lang sana 2 key cards yung binibigay sa guest. Thank you.

The staff and buffet breakfast is good. However the rooms we stayed in doesn't have signal and is smelly. Just avoid the furthest room. Since it has no view and adjacent to talipapa kitchen.

The room is very spacious and clean. The breakfast also has a lot of choices. I hope they can change their aircon. A bit hot. Not strengthened.

AC is not working fine, the room smells bad. No internet, no signal for globe. I asked the frontdesk if we can change room. They immediately say no available room. Very bad experience for my partner's birthday.

Regular staff were really nice, but the room they gave us was really hot especially during noon. Air conditioner was weak and barely changed the room temp we had to sleep directly in front of it. They won't give you an extra keycard, so that means you'll have to take the one from the room every time you leave. Aside from having to return to a hot room, it was extremely inconvenient if you had to do activities separately, as you need to ask 2 people to 1) Access the floor through the elevator, and 2) Access your actual room. Food was ok, but nowhere near excellent. This resort was definitely convenient because of its location, but certainly wasn't comfortable.

The staff are very nice and approachable, will definitely come back.

It was a great experience! Everyone is so accommodating and received warm welcome indeed. The place is perfect for family and friends gathering. I like how big our room is as well as its balcony. Breakfast buffet taste good, we all like it. Recommended, will definitely consider this place once we plan to go back.

The room is decent, staffs are friendly however the breakfast is not tasty at all. No flavor, the only thing I can taste is ketsup. Room has no towel upon arrival took me 3 calls before the towel arrived. No hand towels on the bathroom either.

Room was great but would be better if they will give the guests more than one key card. Also, it will be better if they can improve their internet connection

We had a great time while staying at the premises. The staffs are so kind to approach and for the last day we had the early flight and we can't go avail the buffet but they pack us some food to eat. But we have just 1 problem, the sockets on our room are all for flat plug and we forgot to bring our adoptor because we have the UE plug so be wise! Over all we enjoy our vacation at Bora. Thank you.

We had the nicest room but the lock of the door is not so nice 🥲 we even call them to address the issue. They were fast tho cause they only change the battery of it so swiftly. Another thing I don't like about their room is the bedsheets! There 's a foul odor in there! I bet they didn't change the bedsheet before our arrival.

Staff are very accommodating when we arrived. They even allow us to do an early check in since we arrived earlier than the check in time. Thank you!
