Lime Resort El Nido

The room was good. The pool was good and the food too. The restroom kust had dirty water from toilet every time we flushed

Property cleanliness however their towels are getting old and turning off white. Staff are helpful and good breakfast buffet

The place is amazing.

This hotel is located approx 3 km away from the main township and could be great however the staff did not seem happy to be there, no smiles or hellos apart from one young lady clearing tables at the resturant. The pool is in bad need for repair and the floors in the lifts were lifting due to being wet from the pool. rooms were fair but missed from being fully clean and towels were grey instead of white. More effort needed but could be great.

Pros: Customer service was excellent. Ju at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Was able to book tours directly at the hotel, which included pickup/drop off from hotel to the pier. Loved the daily breakfast buffet. Room was great, had the sea view which was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Infinity pool and restaurant were great too. Enjoyed the live reggae band. Only a short tricycle ride to town. Cons: TV was not working, took a long time to get hot water in shower, floors were warped, hot in the lobby. Overall, had a great stay. Would recommend.

The entire staff was super friendly and super helpful! Everybody greeted us with smiles and always asked if we needed help with anything. The property was beautiful, especially the sky deck area with the infinity pool fixing out the bay and watching the beautiful sunset. The food was really delicious as well my husband and I truly had the best time at the Lime Resort in El Nido Palawan! Thank you Lime Resort for a memorable stay!! We’ll be back soon 😉♥️

The best hotel in palawan. All staffs are helpful and well trained. Joris is very helpful, he care a lot and asking us if we need anything before we get in our room. He assist us everytime he saw us anywhere in the hotel. Upgrading our room to much nicer room is wonderful (thanks to the front desk it’s really impressive) it’s very worth to stay in this hotel and we’re pretty sure to comeback and stay at lime hotel el nido❤️ thanks a lot to the management for hospitality and professionalism and god bless y’all and see you next time.

First and foremost staff was very respectful. Everyone greeted me and my friend with a smile, and warm welcomes! Breakfast was always delicious and something new. They have a bunch of menu items to choose from for Lunch & Dinner as well! Tricycles were accessible along with the airport shuttles. Along the street they had washing and drying services for clothes, a few souvenir shops, and some snack shops along the way! Something we did notice upon our stay is an odor that lingers throughout the building, and it’s very intense in the middle of the night. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to come back soon! Keep up the amazing hard-work.

Staffs are very nice this is what we like best. Food are also excellent. Rooms are modern. Just a lil cleanliness issue, ie smudges on door handles and toilet. We love how we get new toothbrush and new water each day. We love the infinity pool. I suggest that there will be van sharing for airport transfer to and from Lio airport.

Excellent location near El Nido with dreamy sea views from the infinity pool and bar/restaurant. Good buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly, though slightly disorganised at times. Don't go on the tours arranged by the hotel as over priced and bottom end quality. We also had to wait a while for our room on arrival which then wasn't really ready for us as the floor was still wet. Complex room electrics which only partially worked, possibly after a recent storm. Overall we do recommend the Lime Resort, mostly for the location near town with stunning views.

Modernes Hotel, Essen - vorallem die Pizza - und der Ausblick vom Pool wirklich sehr gut. allerdings ist das Personal nicht wirklich aufmerksam. Pizza wurde vergessen, Room-Service auch nach Erinnerung nicht gemacht, Handtücher vergessen, Wasser vergessen, … Auch gibt es in Teilen den Hotels (vorallem in den Fahrstühlen!) ein wirklich sehr unangenehmen modrigen Geruch, der einen an die Kanalisation erinnert. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war gut und wie beschrieben. Betten bequem und Duschen mit schönem warmen Wasser.

Awesome property. We loved our stay, the amazing pool and the incredible staff. The view was spectacular from our ocean king room.
