Clean , big space , nice shower and close to the Venice Mall .

Centrally located

The location was very close frim the airport. It was nice to get some rest after a 25 hr flught. The staff were very helpful.

This probably has roaches, Three roaches within an hour coming out of the bathroom I believe the drains.

The property’s location is right next to Venice Mall (which is incredibly convenient), SM Aura and Bonifacio High Street/Market Market are also very near. I would expect more luxuriousness from a “luxury residence,” but I think the price and location offset this. Also, very little time should be spent in the room, considering all of the great areas surrounding this hotel.

Great place lots of resturants walk to golf course

This was my first international trip and everything ran smoothly. The host was very nice and accommodating. There was an issue with my room and they changed my room. It's super convenient, and close to the Venice Mall that has shopping and food. The food is great and prices are good too as well. Great experience for my first of many trips.

Great neighborhood and good value for the stay

It was a great time staying here. The view was nice outside the balcony. The host is pretty nice and very accommodating. The only thing that we didn’t like was the smell of our sheets and as well as the towels. But other than that, I do recommend this place and will definitely book again. Thank you!

Good comfortable one night stay. Very friendly and accommodating host Jen/Joebert. They accommodate my last minute/urgent evacuation stay from their neighbouring tower. Thanks for saving me from another night of gross toilet issue.

One best thing in this facility is their walking distance to restaurant, malls and entertainment.

Great ant friendly service

The apartment unit, overall, is very nice and spacious. The staff service is very good always keeping it clean. It could have been better if there is enough supply of basic guests needs such as toilet paper and paper towels. There was actually no paper towel provided, at least to keep the kitchen counters clean and surface dried. Also, just one hitch when we were initially taken up to the unit not per the reservation we paid for. Although it was resolved but just brought some aggravation on our part because we were expecting to immediately have a good place to relax after a long flight. We appreciate the staff facilitating to get the issue resolved.
