Mabini Mansion Hotel

Staffs are kind and accommodating but the room is dirty, dusty and with mosquitoes inside it. I still have a good stay though I have to do a little bit of cleaning the sink by myself.

The room was dirty and not clean

The room is really disappointing & creepy.

While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel has a smell that's isn't pleasant. It hits you as soon as you enter the lobby. The same goes inside the room.

no internet and no signal in the room!

The facility is a bit old but was still clean. They could probably work on upgrading some items inside the rooms.

We booked for a certain room but by the time we got arrived at the hotel they gave us a different room, wifi connection is also poor.

The room needs renovation. Kitchen utensils should be sterilized first and the cup must be replaced for it has a crack. And this is the only hotel I stayed in who ask for security deposit before checking in!

4th floor...12 midnight, still noisy outside my room. some children laughing and running.. dusty, and have cockroach in the toilet, very slow service

The service wasn't what we expected as the staff don't know exactly what to do so it took quite some time for us to get our room and the utensils are not that clean. Please use this to have better accommodation next time so that we would feel valued as customer and the money we paid was worth it. Sincerely.

place is old but clean & has wide space for a room. staff are friendly.

I purposely chose a hotel with kitchenette to cook food for my 11 month old son. Not bad for the price, the room is spacious but old and dusty.

Upon checking in, the reception couldn't find my booking record. They reiterated I didn't have the booking. So I waited for a while. At first night I was placed in a room that has twin beds that are small. My reservation was deluxe room with queen bed. I was transferred only the next day. And in the pictures, the room looked elegant but in reality, no. In the room. There were mosquitoes and cockroaches in the kitchen. Anyways, the employees were accommodating and polite in fairness.

the location of mabini hotel on the app wasn't accurate i need to ask people around and find it on google map. please check. the receptionist wasn't that friendly

Rooms is big but it looks like an old amenities and old rooms but my whole stay is good with the reasonable price

Too old, smell bad and can’t sleep too noisy

This hotel is old hotel. But, I shink security is solid, and the correspondence of all the staff was also good. And, location is also very good. It is within walking distance for Manila Ocean Park, Instramuros, Cowboy Grill from Mabini Mansion Hotel.
