Makati Diamond Residences

I liked everything about the property including location, it's very professional staff, great rooms, safe, and quiet. Overall a great property that I will definitely stay at again and would highly recommend to friends and other travelers. Makati Diamond Residences is a true gem and a great value for the money.

Great place to stay when visiting Makati. The Whiskey and Cigar bar is a good place to grab a drink and a good cigar if you like that. Otherwise the pool bar is a nice quiet place to get a drink and unwind. The rooms are very nice and the staff are very friendly.

2nd time staying at the hotel where all staffs were so curious. I strongly recommend the hotel to any one searching for a hotel in Makati.

Good breakfast and excellent beds

Really nice place to stay and so convenient being close to the greenbelt. The facilities and staff are great even though the building itself feels a little dated. The in room dining options were good! The most frustrating thing is the constant security checks whenever you leave the hotel and come back. I understand this happens a lot of places in Manila but it is quite a tedious thing to get used to and is not understandable when you are returning not holding a bag or anything and getting patted down to re enter the hotel.

Me and my girlfriend arrived an hour earlier than check-in time, but the staff was kind enough to check-in early. Facilities and hotel as a whole was incredibly clean. Would love to come again on our next visit.

As a first time visitor to Manila and solo traveler I was blown away by the excellent customer care service and attention to detail by the all the staff I came into contact with during my stay. The location of this hotel is fantastic and makes it very convenient to get around and also find good range of food and shopping needs.

The service was second to none from the time we checked in all the way to organizing our rooms having room service having luggage support. This was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in so far in Manila.

Excellent location. Interior finishes is due for renovation as it’s beginning to age.

I had a very comfortable stay. My suite was very roomy. It was nice to have a washing machine, although the dryer function didn't really work. The one room service meal I had was tasty but there are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. The location is great and very safe.

Great property

Best buffet breakfast, the selections are very good, and delicious! My favorite are the siopao. Fruits in season are really good. Waiters are all attentive. Likewise Diane, Rowel and Aldrin are all superbly nice. Can’t wait to go back next visit .

Stay at Diamond Residence was fantastic. Staff so friendly, room better than expected. Very central situated, not so busy.

Terrible! Hotel should have informed us that there is a major construction across the street. - instead they gave us earplugs!!! It was a horrible experience. They demolished Greenbelt 1.

Good property enjoyed my stay

Excellent customer service and nice rooms. Hotel is beautiful. Fantastic breakfast buffet with live music and close proximity to Greenbelt 5. Will definitely be back to this hotel!
