太貴了，而且附近很吵雜，PUB夜店一堆，晚上挺危險的！沒有免費WIFI，房間也不怎樣，應該算是三流四流小旅店吧！別被他華麗的建築外表所騙！

I think the property overall was centrally located within Makati and definitely case to the night venues. Staff at the property were very helpful, friendly and welcome. The building itself could use some renovation and updates as you could see the aging, but definitely livable, and with updates it would be a very good deal for a stay.

The elevators need major maintenance. And access to the pool is a major inconvenience: taking one set of elevators down to the lobby to wallk across to another set of elevators to go up to the pool. Ridiculous. And the rug in my room needs a major steam cleaning. Other than that, the staff is great and the location is outstanding.

Unprofessional Staff calling room at 10 pm for breakfast order. Then calling back at 1130 pm for breakfast order because they forgot. Had to unplug phone to not be bothered Cockroaches in room, black mold all throughout 4th floor (took pics)

Suite room has no sofa as shown on picture. Only a queen bed and a chair. Paid for 2 adults and 2 children. They delivered breakfast for 2 only. Pictures on expedia is deceiving. No sofa. No buffet breakfast. No palace vibes in this property

Booked for family of 3, buffet included. Arrived, no Buffet and given two cold breakfast’s delivered to room. No amenities open. Other than the basic pool area, room only hotel. No cafe/Coffee or buffet as stated. Area not family friendly. Staff were very good, which was the only good thing to mention about this hotel. Hotel is in what feels like a poor state and there is an obvious issue with mold. Hotel must of been very grand in the past but sadly far from that now.
