We went to Subic for a triathlon, we could not sleep, all rooms were rented to Chinese community, loud after midnight... smoking in the corridor, rooms wide opened, the management don’t care as long as long as the hotel is full

The Hotel is old and dilapidated. Bed was uncomfortably hard and the sheets and towels are worn out. Bedsheets smelled cigarette smoke. The room is spacious though. Check in and check out was very quick.
