Towels are old. Noisy outside constraction going on. And i lost my pricey watch and thy said its not in the room. I only remove it in my risk and leave it on the too of the drawer. Im Very sad

The property was very safe, staff was extremely attentive. The buffet breakfast had a great selection and tasty. They offered Philippine and western cuisine. It was walking distance to Rizal park and Intramuros(even for seniors). We highly recommended to stay at this property.

I loved Manila Prince Hotel. It will be my permanent place to stay whenever I visit Philippines. Thank you for the amazing experience ❤️❤️❤️

Service was nice

Room is spacious and clean but the shower drain is slow draining and the room I had has has no hot water not even warm water.

This is my 7th time here. Love the staff and new gym . Really enjoyed

I recently stayed at Manila Prince, and while the location was convenient and the staff was friendly, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The hotel is in need of an upgrade—furniture and decor feel outdated, and some amenities seem worn out. Cleanliness was another concern. The room wasn’t as spotless as expected. Common areas also could benefit from more frequent cleaning. With some improvements in maintenance and hygiene, this hotel could offer a much better experience. Until then, I’d recommend looking at other options.

Not about the property, I just want to complain to your housekeeping staff and also to the front desk who assist us, to those who discriminate us and they are not welcoming staff. They’ve only see those people who ware diamonds and golds. We check in at that hotel to relax not to judge/discriminate us. Before we enter the room we clearly hear your housekeeping gossiping about our looks. That was the only hotel who make us feel that we are not belong there. We’ve been check in of some of 5 stars hotel and no one make us feel that way, and also we are hospitality’s staff too. We know how to entertain guests.
