it was very good

I booked for my brother and his wife.

this hotel was locked with a chain on the door. hotes.com left us stranded in the city with no place to stay. they are refusing to refund the booking. we will not be using them again.

had a pleasant stay. the staff are accommodating. the room is larger and more comfortable than i expected. though there are newer hotels in CDO, this one was well maintained. i would recommend this

A hotel that's in the middle of the market with a very poor facilities. Not worth your money paid.

WiFi too poor I requested for cleaning up my room. Blankets were not changed they were just fixed back on place

Checking in takes time, longer than any other hotels I have stayed in International. Concierges were not that hospitable. Good location, food is ok, hotel price is ok, area looks safe and I like the indoor pool and gym, the hotel has lots of restaurants to dine too thats pretty awesome. My stay overall is good.

Upon entering the room, I was a great pleasure seeing the high ceiling and nice floor, the room was very specious as well. However when I entered the washroom it was terrible - very dirty -mismatched old flip flop left on bathroom -stain on bathroom wall -Tthe water in the sink was yellowesh -leaky bathroom Also the room had no safety vault to keep the personal belongings like passport, credit card and money. The washroom was so bad condition that I declined to take a shower there. So unfortunately I can't recommend this to anyone. I hope this kind of review get attention of the owner and fix these issue.

二度と泊まりたくないホテル。ホテルの従業員は問題無いがマネージャーかオーナーか分からないがチェックインの時やルームサービスを頼んだ時に今までに経験の無い横柄な態度で接客された。 ホテルの内装は一見綺麗に塗替えているようだがほこりはいっぱいシャワー室は水垢がいっぱいできたない。

Overall this is a fairly nice motel. The internet was a bit hit and miss. the room was big and comfortable. staff was very courteous. there is a small mall a short walking distance away and some places to eat.
