Great for service the bathroom needs some maintenance but everything worked

Bed was perfect. Super clean. No elevator.

Good location and friendly personell. I couldn't use the internet despite that the signal was strong. The capacity needs to be updated.

AC in room 320 did not work. Got a new room 302 where the AC worked. Friendly staff.

Its a nice family get away stay. Hope restaurant is available in the vicinity. I will definitely come back .

Towels were thin, dirty and over-used. Bed was comfortable enough to sleep in, but dirty. Whole place looked like it was falling apart and was very dirty in general.

Located right next to the boardwalk. Lots of great restaurants and close to both the bus station and airport. Very quiet.

The condition of the facility is deteriorating. Defective aircon, bathroom towels are old and brownish in color, damage door knob and security lock not working. Although cleanliness is maintained but I would recommend it will be improved and aircon is replaced or fix.

The bathroom was dirty, the air conditioner leaked all over the floor and made our luggage wet, had to call front desk every time to get into our room. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was accessible to restaurants and the boulevard by the sea. It was relatively clean. The only downside was there was no elevator and our room was in the third floor but we got a good cardio exercise.

Trevligt hotell som ligger väldigt bra till i Dipolog. Bra värde för pengarna, dock lite dåligt tryck i duschen men beror nog på att vi hade rummet på översta våningen. AC var utmärkt dock.

Huge Rooms, Helpful staffs and accessible to everything.

Cheap room prices but the amenities were very standard. Air conditioning worked well, and the location is close to many restaurants and the boulevard.

It was a typical Filippino standard room. Basic but all amenities worked. Great A/C decent Hot water. Great location and the desk staff was ver friendly and helpful.
