Staff very friendly and courteous, from arrival to check out. Room is clean, more than I expected from the price I paid. Only draw back, no elevator (we had luggages). Other than that - good hotel overall. Very accessible location (if you have private transportation) away from the traffic.

This stay (my second) was very good. Quiet good facilities and very accessable. The only minor issue was the bathroom exhaust fan appears very noisy. As there was a note advising that the hotel was upgrading it's facilities I didn't bother to report it, just ensured I only used it when showering.

Great hotel for travellers. Clean quiet and has a nice Japanese style restaurant.

The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. The only problem I had was that the water heater was a little finicky. As an American I like hot showers and my particular room the water heater had some issues,but overall it was a great stay.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was nice, spacious & comfortable. Staff are friendly. Only the running water at the shower head was very slow. At the restaurant for breakfast, The coffee taste old & bitter.

When booking this hotel we were told that there would be hot water to use. But, there was no hot water for our entire stay! They said their maintenance took care of it but they didn’t.

The room was very clean. Even the hallway to the room was kept clean and smelt great. The breakfast was good which includes eggs, choice of bread, a pancake, or rice and a selection of meats to choose from, which includes a hotdog, ham corned beef, or tocino. The best part of staying there was the customer service experience. Edison the front office agent and his team made us feel at home. They went above and beyond to to provide excellent care for us. They toasted our pizza, brought out breakfast and coffee too our room, flagged down trike service for us to go to the mall, and carried our bags in and out of the hotel

Strong points We had a large room, excellent layout. Staff were friendly and courteous. Very good value for size of suite, which had a sofa, and kitchen bar and decent size fridge. Weak Points Wifi was very poor, 3mbs or non at all, our room was a digital desert, no wifi. Even paid data was poor. Acoustics were poor-too many hard surfaces to corridor and were woken in the middle of the night by people talking.

Aside from being well-furnished in an earthy color palette, the room was perfectly designed for a business traveler with a good desk, strong WIFI, and a fast-heating hot shower. Parking is plenty and the location is good as it is close to an SCTEX exit as well as close to commercial establishments.

Rooms are old and smelly. Pillows are dirty. Bathroom too!

The hotel looks good outside but is very dated inside, looks old and not up to date with facilities. It definitelty need refurbishing which I think is going underway already cause construction noise is being heard during day time. A bit annoying, but is needed to keep up with other hotels. The rooms are not centrally controlled and a bit too dim with its light. Airconditioning are still manually controlled. Nonetheless, all the staff are friendly and very helpful with all our request and helped with our purpose of wedding preparation. Very convinient location, very near expressway for motorist, with in 5 mins away from supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, and police station and army camp (if you dont feel secured enough). Overall, it is comfortable enough.
