The washroom was smelly, dirty water is flowing in the toilet. Not secured shower so the shower Waterford to the floor. Staff is friendly for sure.

The toilet doesn't flush properly on room 420.

I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel, I commend the maintenance and cleanliness as well as the warm, courteous and welcoming employees/staff. Hotel location is also great, it will cost you a maximum of 100 peso via Taxi from Westown to Megaworld Boulevard and nearest shops/malls like sm city, Festive Walk Mall, Plazuelo de Iloilo, Gaisano and a walking distance to Atria, also from Airport to hotel and vv. Will cost you 600 peso flat rate taxi fare. The only downside thing is that the hotel should have included a breakfast meal as it will be worth the price paid.

Wifi connection was poor in Room 225. I have to use my own data.

Clean room and bathroom. Amenities are good and accommodation is excellent. Friendly staffs and keep smilling! My family enjoyed our stay. Good Job! God bless everyone! And keep safe!

Overall experience was good, the only downside was; there was no bidet shower near the toilet bowl.

The accommodation is perfect ! our stay in ilo ilo are made memorable because of mo2 hotel. the staffs are accommodating , the room is clean and the pool is one of a kind !

Every year we use to spend our vacation in Iloilo City and always choose to stay here at Westown Hotel. The staff are polite and humble and the pool is ideal esp. for kids. Very comfortable to stay.

The location was great, only a few minutes walk to the main road, the staff were great. Though I can't ignore the noise from the nearby bar. even after 10pm the party is still going on, on a Monday night, I can still remember that night, we arrived at around 9pm, and we have a shuttle waiting for us at 4am the next day.

The service is good... just when i told them to make up my room. they always make sure to clean it up every time i go outside. they always replaced my complimentary drinks.i just hope the wifi should be the same as how many days you stay. the wifi should also last with that day. 1 am 4 days and 3 nights but my wifi voucher is only for 2 days. i hope it would be improved and the other thing i requested before booking. the dipper and the late check in and late check out because I am 9 hours already late from there check in of 2pm i hope that they accepted my late check out of 6 hours without charged as what i originally requested.. but i just exceeded 2 hours but they charged me. it's just good thing they only charged 1 hour. your housekeeping is very helpful. Though reception is good, i can't say service at the lobby is fantastic. they were not really approachable...just so-so if you ask them. Some didn't even smile.

Great place. What I loved the most was the blackout curtains since I wanted to sleep during the day after pulling an all-night. One thing they can improve on is their toilet, no bidet. Had to request a pale and dipper.

Great. Provide outlets. Isa lng yung outlet. Eh 3 gadgets ko. Kaloka.but over all, ok na ok.

A so-so experience. The receptionist who handled my accommodation was not friendly at all. To think I was a guest - but the room was okay. Also a bit noisy at night due to the adjacent bar.

The band next door is so loud until 2 am. I requested to be move to another room due to uncontrollable behavior of the Teens next room. The staff doesn't know what to do during the situation.
