房間很寬敞、乾淨，環境舒適，wifi連線不穩

Even I've already paid hotel and breakfast fee in Hotel .com 2 months ago. They still charge 1000 pesos for 2 people breakfast at 19th. I lived this hotel 2 nights this time. 19th and 22nd of May. Also I didn't get any payment receipt for breakfast....

酒店職員態度差,沒有禮貌,酒店職員態度需要改進.早餐選擇小,酒店泳池細,酒店環境不值有四星,房間大是唯一優點

環境看起來不錯但感覺被歧視態度怠慢我們是第2個在櫃檯尋求協助的人卻是最後一個處理(共有4人) 不知是因為是台灣人還是因為長榮機加酒優惠價飯店覺得不滿呢

覺得櫃台服務小姐看不起我們不知是否因為英文講的不夠好遭歧視chick in時前面的客人已辦妥但客人顧著自己聊天服務員無法將鑰匙給他卻一直要我們等候不能幫我們處理接下來後面有一位客戶(歐美人)要結帳就幫他先辦再來內部員工問了一個問題就先處理一直讓我們等候很生氣 請飯店幫忙打電話我們指名叫一位計程車直接拒絕我們要我們自己打電話 沒有電梯行李用丟的 建議大家別去這間店了

酒店很大裝修很豪華 泳池特別漂亮 房間一般但挺乾淨 但有一點遠離景點或海灘 出入都要靠taxi 沒有旅遊活動可以報名

My lovely wife Sherry & myselfstayed here for 2 weeks, while visiting family and sight seeing. the hotel is walking distance to stores & restaurants. very close to center of downtown Cebu. We had a secondary wedding vows and beautifully set up dinner with the help of the Hotel. The staff where excellent in every way helping with our needs... When I travel I want the best, I am very pelite when I ask for things,,, and I ask for a lot !! Really the Hotel Staff where Great. We will always stay their when visiting Cebu. The food, breakfast, dinner, lunch--Great... Amenities also great. Very Quite VERY... away from the Nosiy streets. Grades relaxing. A 5 STAR from us and our friends....

Schönes Hotel im klassischen Ambiente. Trotz der Lage mitten in der Stadt eine Oase der Ruhe mit sehr großzügiger Gartenanlage. Großer Swimmingpool 24x12m. Vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet. ausgesprochen nettes und freundliches Personal. Das Hotel wird häufig für Hochzeiten oder andere Anlässe gebucht.

Ruhige grüne Oase in der City. Schöne Pool und Gartenanlage. Die Fassade von hinten könnte etwas Farbe gebrauchen.

3泊お世話に成りました。 建物は、老朽化して将来は建て替えるか？マンション経営に変わるのか？噂が有りますがスタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーで明るく対応は良かったです。又中国人の滞在が無いので此方としては大変良かった！土曜日は地元の方の披露宴が入り夜中まで賑やかだったが目出度い事なので仕方ないかと諦めました。プール遊びもゆったりとしたし朝食も普通でした。マンゴーはやはり高級フルーツなので期待してたけど何所のホテルも出ないのはしょうがないのかな！庭園も広く散策しました。ガイサノシッピングセンターが近いのでビールやおつまみを買い部屋に持ち込みました。デボジット３，０００P取られますがチェックアウト時には返金有りますセブシティは車の渋滞は激しい中 コスタベロホテルはゆった出来、来た時は雨でしたはが2日目の晩は月が出て翌日は晴天で暑くなりセブに来たなあと感じ大変楽しい旅でしたお世話に成りました。S、A

スタッフさんがとにかく親切でした 客室が清潔でした レストランの料理がおいしかったです 夜のプール綺麗で幻想的でした

The property was like a country hotel in the middle of the city. On two occasions when we had to call for help, hotel staff arrived very quickly and resolved the issue. Checkin and checkout was friendly and efficient.

The Montebello Hotel is one of the oldest Hotels in Cebu me and my wife were newly married and on our Honeymoon.. The Hotel is being preserved well But shows many repairs to the rooms over the years. Dinning by the Olympic size pool creates a wonderful atmosphere and compliments the surrounding gardens. the staff is very helpful when asked. you will enjoy the ambiance when you stay. improvements to the property needed is maintaining and cleaning the mold in the bathroom which was apparent in the shower and commode area. Upon arrival we booked a room 6 months prior with a queen size bed and was informed that they cannot provide the queen size bed The property claimed that they do not guarantee the queen size bed booked. We informed the property that payment for a queen size room was prepaid and needs to be provided. The next day we were moved to the room with a queen size bed. The start of the honeymoon was a little disappointing for us.

Almost every year for the last 30 years if ever I am in Cebu, I always stay in this hotel. I like the garden style where I can do my walking everyday,

I would have liked to give this hotel a very good rating. Very good breakfast choice, nice pool area, and the rooms are fine. What really bothered me id that they regularly host events and parties. On my third night they hosted a birthday party with extreme loud music. I could hear it in my room as if I had the stereo on high volume. This is not acceptable. I paid good money for a relaxing stay - and this didn’t help making my stay relaxing. I stayed at this hotel before, and it also happened then. Therefore I am NOT going to stay at Montebello again.
