Second stay at the property, I would stay again despite the indifference of the front desk. The service was improved from my first visit but hospitality is not a thing here. Paul at the Skydeck was the absolute best at customer service, he could teach everyone else on staff how to provide customer service, and they could use a crash course 👍

Ved innsjekking ble vi møtt av hyggelig personale, som ga oss en oppgradering. Stort rom, gode fasiliteter og rent.

Friendly staff, every cab driver we had didn't even know how to get there. Mix of hotel rooms and full time residences. Would not stay again.

No, towels. Wet floor constantly. Paid for breakfast included then they charged me again for breakfast after i paid for it. They added it to room nightly charge but receipt doesnt mention breakfast it just shows i paid more per nightly rate.

Love this Hotel. And the staff is amazing. Was my 2nd time staying there. I would go back again and again. Great Hotel choice.

Staff were totally indifferent to our stay . After we checked out and moved to another hotel, finally someone greeted me with a smile and hello. Too many options to choose Noble ever again. Goodbye

他のホテルに比べて高さもあり、景観がとても良い。 スタッフの人達もみんな優しく迎え入れてくれる。 部屋の清掃なども丁寧で、対応も早かった、朝食も毎日一緒ではないのでそれも良かったです。 また利用したいと思いました。

シャワーのお湯はほとんど出ませんのでご注意ください。 ホテル近く（徒歩圏）には、外国人が食べれるようなレストランはほとんどありません。タクシー移動が必須です。 タクシードライバーが、ホテル名だけではホテルを知っているドライバーはいませんでした。ホテル住所を記録して外出してください。 上の階から夜中にドンドンと騒音が響きました。防音は薄いです。 どれもフィリピンあるあるですが、フィリピンに慣れていない方のためにそのまま書かせてもらいます。

The timing of our stay coincided with a festival, so the hotel was very packed, and there were long lines for the elevators, which added to the chaos. The room itself was not bad, but nothing exceptional. We were especially looking forward to the beautiful, large pool, but unfortunately, it was closed for a sanitation review during our entire visit, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel offers decent value for the price, but the experience was less enjoyable due to the festival crowd and the unexpected pool closure.

Staff are very nice. But room has roaches, roof deck has a nice ambiance but food is not that great. One elevator not functioning well, I was stuck at one point but good thing, it opened when I tried to push to another floor and elevator not so well maintained.

Great hotel for the price. Staff was helpful and kind. Walking distance to other restaurants and night life.

The flat itself is very spacious. The 360 Roof Deck is a nice area to 🥂drink and relax The lobby was always crowded especially during check in and out Reception is too relaxed (unhelpful) The Security guards are the only helpful and friendly by the back drop off area of the building. I’ve occupied 2 different level of the building the adjacent building was an eyesore VIEW (as it’s was caught fire a year ago) I was told. BUT if you like walking it’s a best place to be as it’s close to Ayala Mall Love Cebu❤️

어플에 주소지와 달라서 처음에 가기 헤맸습니다. 그러나 방 컨디션과 친절도는 굿 발코니가 있지만 못 쓰게 막아둬서 아쉬웠어요

Amazing view and great staff

The building needs updating. (Elevator still reads 2011) weird smells. The room I was in was well kept but again, could use some updates. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room service everyday was nice and clean. Refilled any commodities that needed filling. Food was good. The location is fantastic. It’s in the centre of all necessary stores. Close to Ayala IT park and some great restaurants around. Carefull tho when walking around; lots of street children running rampant and homeless ppl staring if your alone. Otherwise. Would come back and would recommend.

Hotel is very nice and clean except when we stayed in the hotel for 2 days we couldn’t use the pool due to their maintenance, had to clean that day.
