Good place for family. Just book the suite room

My 5th stay at the o HOTEL. Great hotel with fantastic staff and excellent cleaners. Always a friendly lot of staff in every department and that's the reason I always return.

Was an overall great stay! Just minor things like no hot water for the first couple of days, WiFi cuts sometimes. They were doing maintenance and upgrades the whole time, so I look forward to seeing how it changes! 😊

Awesome hotel and stay overall. This was an unexpected God-send since we booked last minute and all other known hotels were already full. It is near everything we needed - SM Mall, Ayala Malls, eats, etc. Between its location and Grab, everything was between 5 to 15 minutes away :) They serve awesome food - give their carbonara a try!!! Staff is very accommodating, supportive, and flexible. This will be a consideration once more next time we are back :)

Stayed here July 10/23. Prior to booking, I checked accessibility as my mom has limited mobility and requires a walker. Upon arrival, elevator was not in service and had not been for a while. This info should’ve been changed on the site. They did change our room from 3rd floor to 2nd, which still posed difficulty for my mom, but I did appreciate it. The rooms are old, bathroom has mold, A/C was noisy, and Wi-Fi was nonexistent (apparently, that was down as well), dirty floors, some garbage left by previous occupants, curtains were filthy, windows were smeared, walls are dirty & thin. I don’t expect much, just a clean simple room. The price was above average for this city. Although the staff was good, I would not recommend staying here if any of the above is a concern for you when staying in a hotel.

Limited toiletries

The hotel is in downtown part of the city. Not far from shopping malls and the Ceres Bus Terminal. The restaurant’s food was good. Staff are excellent. Room is okay, nothing posh but it’s clean. It’s right for the price we paid per night.

Very convenient location, great in-house dining options, very near Virgie's and downtown, great staff. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient to shops

People friendly atmosphere, awesome hotel staff.

Wifi didn't work in the first room we were in so they moved us to another room where the wifi also didn't work. The TV wasn't working either. They put us on the third floor and the elevator wasn't working. Onsite parking was nice and the room was old but ok. Good location close to shopping and restaurants.

Excellent location, staff and amenities. Customer Service has been exceptional, and easily matches the many 5 star hotels I have stayed in.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room is clean and smells fresh. the location is great as it is near commercial establishments and very accessible. It will be a more satisfying stay next time if they can have a bidet in the toilet.
