OYO 1045 Rayjan Apartelle

Initially, we booked 1 night and decided to extend our stay for another 3 nights. We called the Front desk and she informed us that we need to check out at 8am. I asked why because its supposed to be 12noon. She explained that because we extended our stay and supposed to be, its 2-12 stay only. I told her that we are already a checked in guests, why do we need to check out at 12nn when we have extended our stay. She said its their policy. I wanted to know if that 's really the case? Even if we are already a checked in guest and decided to extend our stay, they would minus the hours of stay cause check in time is 2pm? Do we really need to step out of the room and go back at 2pm for the extension? Its our first time to encounter this situation. Room is okay though but AC is noisy the whole time, there is a loud ticking sound when its on. The guy in the FD (graveyard shift) is helpful and knowledgeable but opposite for the girl FD (Day shift). 😔.
