It was a decent hotel with trustworthy staff. It’s old but it’s clean though the aircon was not that cold. Overall, I give it 6.5/10. Not bad.

Pacific Pensionne is a quiet, relaxing place and I had a comfortable sleep even during daytime. Its high-speed wifi connection made my stay really satisfying. Though it's facilities are old, it"s still a better pension house for its room rate. The staff are nice and friendly especially the room cleaners. The way going to the nearby convenience stores and fastfood chains are safe for walking even during night time. The complimentary breakfast is simple and in a small serving but it's fine considering the cheaper room rate. A portion of the broken floor tile of the room (312) needed repair and the stains on the toilet cover were an eyesore and must be removed. A drinking glass and a thicker blanket must be provided as basic necessities. There was no elevator but the floors seem very close to the next floor and the stairs were structured to make going up and down quite easy. Despite of these, the place was generally clean and comfortable to stay. I'm still looking forward to staying at Pacific Pensionne again.

Staff are accommodating and are approachable.

The hotel meet our expectation with its price. The thing is, it does not have any lift or elevator for its is a 5 storey building. Our feet was tired of of walking whole day but we need to to go upstairs for our accommodation.

It was okay, however bedsheets seemed not very tidy. Same with the towels. Then there was even a cockroach found in the room. But if you are in a tight budget, it is okay.

The room was simple. Basic essentials were provided. Although i don’t like the smell of the bathroom. We asked for an albatross but none given. The food served during breakfast is also simple. A coffee and a plate. The reception of their television should be troubleshoot, no local channels. tried to change our room but they told us all the rooms are already booked. Overall, the money you’ve spend is enough for your stay.

We actually book for 3 person but the room given to us is good for 4. The room isn't the same posted in the web but for backpackers like us, this is good enough to stay plus with free breakfast. They actually accomodate us despite the fact that we had our booking late night plus through travel agency. 👍

The place is affordable yet convenient and is very clean.. Kudos to pacific pension.. Thank you. Excellent service for both.

The place is great.. Very accessible.. And the price is just right

Room was okay but the actual room was different from the pictures. Cold AC, Cable TV and heated shower was available which had 4 settings: very cold, cold, very hot, and scalding. Shower head doesn't fit holder so we had to prop it up somehow so it won't fall. No drinking water available so we had to buy outside. Some staff were quite unaccommodating as if you're disturbing their peace. Location is good as it's in the city center. Overall a meh hotel but you'll probably find better ones for the same price.

The receptionist doesn't know what to do. She wants to keep on charging us. :(

Ok naman, mahimbing tulog ko :) Pero una p lang pagpasok n pagpasok q sa pinto may ipis kagad akong nakita(ipis n maliit), may langgam din aq nkita sa unan ko, lumalamig naman ang room, so ok ang aircon, hot shower nagana naman.

aircon needs improvement but great location and with free breakfast.
