Location is great near burnham park. Standard room was so small. Breakfast is okay. Staying again? Maybe I'll try other hotel.

The place is nice, they will let you leave your luggage even before your check in time. Though they don't have elevator it is still nice. The staff is very accommodating, they always greet you every time they see you. The room is not that big but its clean especially the bathroom. Its just that the bedsheet doesn't smell good, it smells old

This hotel has good location it’s at the city proper and near to many attractions

It's our first time in Baguio.The hotel staff are warm and friendly. Room is clean and well ventilated (though there was one bulb which was not functioning) but it's okay. They're ready to fulfill your request. Food is okay but if you will choose two viands you need to add and pay 50php. It would help if the hotel has an elevator because I have a baby with me and taking the stairs was really a struggle. Massage was perfect my husband enjoyed it. Bed was comfy and big (King sized). We chose the room with window but was not expecting the noisy background outside. Our room was near the KTV Bar so if you're situated in that room better close the glass and screen windows for you to have a sound sleep. Location is perfect. Hotel is near at Burnham park, maharlika market. Good taste restaurant and if you want to go to other scenic spots taxis are everywhere in the area. In total, we enjoyed our stay! :)

The place needed a little maintenance, but I'd definitely still recommend it for the service. The hotel staff was very helpful and sensitive to their guests' needs. They tried their very best to make our stay as pleasant and as enjoyable as possible. I really admire the high level of professionalism their staff has shown to us. From housekeeping to front desk. All of them showed us top quality service. Plus the location is really great!

There is nothing good in this hotel except for the courteous staff. In addition, hotel looks old and smells bad. Cockroaches were everywhere, cabinet, desk, toilet bowl, and shower room - good thing the housekeeping boy was kind enough to transfer me to another room which has less cockroach. It's cold in Baguio, however they don't provide you a duvet but a super thin blanket. The breakfast was nothing special. This hotel is not advisable for senior citizens or people with disabilities, as it doesn't have an elevator.

Receptionists are nice. Always have smile ready for their guest. The room is clean.

Got room for 2 persons. Space is enough for us. Location is great. Very accessible. Walking distance from Burnham Park, near the market, and other tourist spots. Needs improvement for the food. Facilities and services are okay.

All the staff from the guard, frondesk, housekeeper and during the breakfast were all so attentive. They always assist us even if we don’t ask for it.

Facilities are old, especially bathroom fixtures. The family room was cramped, and bed could hardly accommodate 2 people.

I hope that the entrance will be improved. Elevators must be installed at the building. Since it pays to be more inconvenient if every guest should be climbing on the stairs just to go to your room and even when entering the hotel to go to the reception for checking in. I hope the staff will be more considerate about this matter, especially that the guest must be tired from travelling and walking from the terminal going to the hotel.
