Palawan Uno Hotel

The bathroom was unhygiene. The air-condition made a loud noice at the midnight. It seems automatic on and off in the whole night. When you was in the hotel room, you could listen what they were talking about from the next room. The staff service is good. They arranged early breakfast for free transfer to our stay because we has early flight in the morning.

Area for coffee doesn't have outlet. Small cockroaches in the bathroom. Mixed vegetables in the limited buffet had small cockroach. Coffee taste like water in the buffet. swimming pool is nice. Toilet didn't flush but it was okay after they fixed it. TV wasn't providing good or clear pictures.

Place is accessible and the staff is helpful it’s just the noise you can hear other people’s talking outside of the room and the banging from upstairs. The safe box is not working.

The place was clean, but there's an old wood smell when we enter the room.

This provided all that we would have expected at a very reasonable price.

I enjoyed the hotel very much and hope to return next year.will tell my friends about my trip here.

Worse part of our stay in Palawan

Rooms were not so sound-proof because you can hear the conversation from adjacent room and corridor. However, the ambiance of the room is good and staff were friendly.

Great hotel. Breakfast was good. pool is nice. Staff super nice and friendly. We are repeat customers and will definitely stay again. It's close to the main road, easy to get rides and walking distance to food, bank, atm.

They were prepared to meet us at the airport and the rooms are ready. They cooked our vegetarian breakfast every morning we were there. Helped us with car parking when we go out and come back to the hotel.

Buen hotel, con todo lo necesario, te da el servicio gratuito al aeropuerto, limpio y con todo lo necesario, el desayuno no me gustó mucho, un poco escaso, de resto bien, bien situado y comodo

The staff is amazing ! You can book tour directly at the hotel and they take care of everything for you for the same price you would pay elsewhere . So many tricycle right in the parking lot if you need a ride somewhere . Pharmacy , supermarket , restaurant , mall , everything is close by ! But the service is just ridiculous . Booked for one night and ended up staying for 6 !
