Reliable, comfortable and safe. We've been in the Deluxe Room multiple times over the years and never had any issues. It's meant to be a home and not a 5* hotel, so certain things like insects can be expected.
Highly recommended option on a budget.

This is my go-to hotel in Cebu every time I visit. It's clean, conveniently-located, and very low-priced for what you get. The breakfast is great too! The showers could use some renovations, but they're still better than most others you'd find in similarly priced hotels. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

The room was clean and spacious. Service was great.
Quite distant from shops so it pays to have a few snacks or drinks on hand.
Lunch wasn't readily available as we were told it would take 45 mins....the only downside considering the place isn't close to restaurants.

非常超值的一間飯店!!!早餐簡單但美味，房間設備及空間不錯，值得在宿霧長住的選擇。
缺點是比較在住宅區，到7-11或鬧區需坐車或走一小段路，這次去並沒有感受到大家說的櫃檯人員的親切，但是警衛人很好。

You should have room freshened up at least every 5 days. I stayed 21 days. Price was right. REALLY missed having a refrigerator though. Air con worked great. Avoid 8am, 12pm and 5 pm if you want to go somewhere in a taxi. Girls at front desk are friendly and eager to help.

Situé entre 2 rues très simples , on est surpris par l'emplacement. Mais une fois à l'intérieur l'accueil et les conseils sont très bien. La chambre est grande, très correcte et calme. Le wifi est bon ainsi que la climatisation. Bien !
