巴拉斯海滩度假村

位于白岛对面，酒店也提供船过去白岛，硬件条件也算是岛上比较好的一家了。但是我们一行4个家庭在这个酒店的经历实在是让人很不高兴 1. 我们在酒店吃饭的时候丢钱了，酒店只会敷衍，根本不作为，最终没有把钱找回来，虽然我们没有直接证据，但很大的概率指向酒店内部员工。 2. 我们有三间房间是通过酒店邮件预订的，因此还打了一笔国际转账作为定金，这笔定金酒店没有按照当时的汇率结算，而是打了8.5折左右，询问为什么这样，根本说不清楚，一会儿说是岛上汇率有差别，一会儿说银行就给他们入账了这么多，但实际上他们无法确认哪一笔明细是来自于我的转账，而他们每天都能收到不同国家的很多人的转账。 3. 第四天晚上不知道为何酒店三楼和四楼地板上有大量的臭虫，密度大概是一平方米30个，实在是头皮发麻，被吓了一大跳，臭虫还爬到了椅子上，晒在外面的衣服上。 4. 服务态度就很呵呵了，虽然说不期望所有员工看到你都有微笑或者打招呼，但是至少大多数员工碰到你的时候没有眼神交流，脸上很僵硬。酒店的船夫船长也不够友好，送到白岛后不说一声就自己先回酒店了，虽然实现问了我们几点从白岛回酒店，但并没有明说他要立即返回酒店。还得我们都来不及从船上拿救生衣（在白岛浮潜） 5. hotels.cn 上面放出来的房间，既不说含早餐，也不说不含早餐。到了酒店以后check in时也不说我们预订的房间是不含早餐的，连续几天用了早餐后，最后一天直接给你拉账单，感觉很不好。 除了位置和还不错的硬件条件，不推荐这家酒店。我们去过菲律宾多次，这次的体验很糟心。

Room looked at the ocean and wonderful pool

We were very grateful that resort was able to amend our booking after we made an error with dates. Lovely resort with shady grounds, large swimming pool and direct beach access overlooking white island. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and serviced daily- water supplied and tea and coffee making facilities. Good selection of food and drinks at restaurant.

I paid for breakfast through Hotels.com, when we arrive hotel has us under Expedia with no breakfast. Hotels.com owns me breakfast for 6 for 5 nights

Beautiful property. Nice and well-kept gardens. Great staff. Dated fixtures and furniture, but it’s okay. Tasty comp breakfast. Food tastes very good

The place was really nice. You can always take a boat ride to the white sand island. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The best part of this hotel are the staff. I have been to 5 star hotels but this is really great natural hospitality you feel that it is not training that made them that nice. Thank you for the great time. Relax and enjoy a hidden gem

The property was very well kept and grounds are beautiful with many potted plants everywhere adding to the scenery. The staff was very accommodating and professional. The property also has a restaurant and the foid was delicious with a variety of food to choose from.

This is my favorite hotel on this island. I come here every time. The restaurant has generous hours and tasty selection of food. The pool is clean and inviting as a swim is irresistible. The rooms are spacious and plenty comfortable. The resort is spread out over a large area so WiFi has many routers with different passwords for great coverage. The staff is the best. Their friendly and warm personalities make me feel happy, special, and just like family.

Convenient

The view of the property was excellent. It's camiguin come on. The only thing I didn't like is the fact that the reception wants to charge me of 1750 pesos for a missing towel. I have no interest of taking their towels. The supervisor didn't even bother to talk to me she just checking the cleaners and walking away. Then I had to stay and wait for them to look for the missing towel. My last day was ruined. Then they says the have to talk to the management as I have to pay for the towel. I had to raised my voice to get their attention. Poor receptionist she had to deal with me instead of her supervisor who just had a grumpy face walk in and out. The fridge was dirty. There is hair in the masters bedroom. I didn't even bother to complain and they want to charge me because they can't find the one towel. Horrible.

Staff is excellent

The checkin staff did not let us bring food and drinks they were also very pushy when it came to the towels not leaving the premises. The room was clean and nice.

I did not like the stay because it was very hogow and mostly the bed was basat and baho Erns . I Think this should be fixed with better care.

I loved everything. Great food, great property and excellent staff service.
