Right next to the mall SM City North Edsa. There's even an indoor bridge access. Very close to where you can get taxis and also walkable to the MRT station.

The place is nice but on the ninth floor when you get out of the elevator, there’s a very very bad smell. It looks like something spilled in the carpet and they never cleaned it. Very soiled smell. Nice facility, but the gym is too small.

Repeated stay at the hotel. However there are some disappointing points.
1. No longer giving bottled water instead given a water container to fill up at the water dispenser. The water container had a weird smell which made me just buy bottled water from the mall.
2. No shaver available. Had to go and request at the front desk but indicated that it was 100 pesos for the amenity when previously it was free.
May need to review their policies if I were to continue staying here.

After 24 hours to come to this hotel with no warm/hot water for a shower was very disappointing. Would not stay again even though everything else was great. Also 800 pesos for breakfast per person Is pretty expensive. We went out for breakfast and paid 500 for three people.
