Went their last Nov.1. The accommodation was really good. The staff let us check in early. The food is great and the room is spacious. We are very comfortable during our stay.

We had no idea that the room would have no cabinet, although there was a refrigerator.

the hotel was great but the service was an 8out of 10.

We have a pleasant stay in this hotel but unfortunately my husband was slipped on thier stairs because it was raining during that time. Maybe they should fixed the stopper to avoid incident to happen again. This was also reported to the guard and front desk on that time.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It's our first time and staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was good as well and it's location is strategic as it's just a 10 minute walk to the city center. Thank you!

The hotel staffs are not helpful. One of the staffs is very rude. I have requested for a different room, because the room they have given me doesn't have ventilation and many mosquitoes but he just said that's what I booked. For real? Mosquitoes and no ventilation, that's the room I booked? After several issues, such as the key isn't working, they moved us to a different room.

Spacious rooms, wide parking at the ground floor. Buffet breakfast is a thumbs up but should have vegetable on the menu.

The hotels looks better in actual than the photos here in traveloka. The only thing negative is the hotel staffs werent welcoming. Even the restaurant staffs, they don't even greet you good morning..They were not hospitable at all.

The staff/employees are nice and accommodating. Clean rooms and accessible to many go-to places in Baguio

The door of the room is differently designed which you can hear the people outside even their steps. During our stay there are group of people shouting and playing loud music.

Room’s door with built in wooden jalousie was very inconvenient as sounds outside were all over our room. No privacy for costumers! No room service for the 2nd night. Toiletries were not even replaced!

The hotel overall view was more than as I was expecting. The price is really affordable. Very accommodating staffs. But, there is one thing I noticed. There are small cockroaches in the room. Aside from that, everything is satisfying. 😊

The check in was a bit late, but they made for it by offering free breakfast for 2 instead of 1, so it's all good.

I'm not sure why their Economy Room has open spaces in their doors like in a ventilation? So ending is, people from outside can hear us. And we can hear them! Specially in the afternoon, when room service personnel are chattering from outside. Another thing worth noting is, you will let their customer put in an instruction or request for the Hotel, but when I asked the Front Desk, they told me they don't see/have one on my reservation? Hotel is truly a 2-star. People are "okay" - no extra miles. Food is simple. So simple that you can order them outside for a price of a fast food value meal. Nothing fancy. I can compare it to other normal hotel experience. Except that every floor has a good view. It's good because their located on top of a hill (which is not a nice idea for morning strolls) but over all. The hotel needs some furniture upgrades, specially their sofas on the common area. And please if anyone from Pine Views is reading this, get rid of those doors please. Privacy will always be a thing. But the whole stay is nice. Not really that bad of an experience.

Staff are accommodating but our room did not have free water and there's no towel.
