At first the front desk staff can’t find my reservation but still they let me in but I just I needed to send the booking confirmation from agent. Great staff.

It's okay. The place is within the city area. Although the place could use a total face over. Still, price is just okay for the budget traveler.

The room was spacious and clean, the staffs are friendly and accomodating. Water supply is good, appliances in the room are working. Overall we had a great time.

Pros: Good location, especially if you want to tour the city. It is very accessible to the malls and restaurants. Good value for money - very affordable, comfortable, and friendly service staff. Own wifi router in every room.
Cons: There weren’t a lot of outlets. Limited breakfast food options.

Overall it was really good but kind of disappointed for the same menu food everyday. As a suggestion I think they need to provide different menu from set A to set C for a change.

the only reason why I was in Cebu is for a job interview and i've been preparing for that in days. when I arrived, they told me that the room that I booked was not available which really made me feel anxious because I have paid for it already thru CC. they upgraded my room however. the hotel serves breakfast at 6:30AM, usually on the " Roof Deck" but it was closed for a group who used the whole place. on the day of my interview which starts at 7AM, I called their room service at 6:20AM if it's possible to serve my breakfast earlier, they then agreed. I waited until 6:40am but no breakfast delivered yet. I called them again but they served my breakfast at 6:50, just about the time I left the place. basically, I went to my job interview with an empty stomach and headache. on the other hand, the front desk people are friendly.
