We onyl stayed for a night but everything you will ever need for a long stay is available, you just need to bring your clothes and food to eat or cook. Will definitely book again for a longer stay.

It’s a very nice place near a lot of trees and nice views and very friendly and nice property manager and no flies and no mosquitoes I will come back again

Everything is good hope next time you will have a hotel trolly for it easier to transfer our stuff.

It was late of checking in. We were there before 3:00 pm for our scheduled 3pm check in time. But we end up checking in @ 3:40 pm. Zeny the care taker still cleaning our room.

Other basic supplies are not available, like shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush

Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio.

The gym was equipment was old , broken , rusty and dirty . A big negative for the property

A nice big 2 bedroom unit with plenty of room for parties of 5 . Clean and all necessities are in the unit for a comfortable stay. Unit is very close to central areas but felt safe due to guards roaming and checking people that goes in and out of the gate.

If your condo has very little water pressure I expect it to be in the advertisement. Otherwise you are being deceptive. The Wi-Fi also is weak, sign up for a better Wi-Fi plan and stop being cheap.

The place is exceptionally clean and tidy! Very comfortable! We felt like it’s really a home away from home. The manager is excellent and very accommodating! We will surely come. Highly recommended!

Everyone loves the property, it’s so spacious for seven people. If I go back I will definitely will stay in this property. The property management is so nice and accommodating

I was just very disappointed about the check in process. Which the lady name Zeny was in charge of check in. She was late a hour and we waited and ask the security to call her and she never answer the phone the first few calls🙄. So we waited for her. I’m sorry but she was so unprofessional trying to argue with me at check in. And the security told me that she has done that many times. But overall the place was clean and nice neighborhood. I’ll stay there again.

WiFi did not work 2-days of stay. No hand towels, no soap/shampoo/coffee. Enjoyed the sunset view from the terrace

Good communication with the provider helped answer questions before arriving, plus were accommodating in checking in late and leaving early. We stayed in a one bed apartment in bonbel and it easily accommodated a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The apartment had secure parking, 24/7 security and a gym and sauna. The apartment had everything needed for self catering, including rice cooker, pot's, pans, plate's, cutlery etc. Water was provided as well. Towels were provided along with spare blanket's etc. Wifi was to a good standard. Apartment had 2 X TV's, the main one lagged a little but as we were out exploring Baguio this wasn't an issue. A good location for the botanical gardens, wright park, mansion House and mines view. Also close to city centre and all the attractions located there. We stayed for two nights and would definitely stay in bonbel apartments again.

We enjoy our stay here my family loved it it was comfortable and the staffs were very friendly and accommodating. We will come back for sure next time we’re in Baguio
