We arrived late because our flight was delayed. The security officer called the on site manager and we were able to check in after hours I don't know if other hitels do this, because they all say no check in after midnight.

Primavera Residences met all my expectations. I was looking for a clean, safe and upscale apartment to spend the week with my fiance while we toured the city and surrounding attractions. I despise normal hotel rooms that only come equipped with a bed, tv and bathroom. We did not want to eat out every meal and so we made use of the fully equipped kitchen. The refrigerator was a full sized unit and held plenty of food. Breakfast was our special time to cook and enjoy the morning. The only thing that this kitchen did not have was a microwave. It would have been useful to heat up some leftovers. The bed was comfortable and fit two people nicely. There are two a/c units in the apartment, one is in the bedroom and one is in the main room. It kept the place very cold, which made be very happy. After a long day of enjoying the Philippine heat, it was nice to be able to shower and chill in a cool place.
The SM mall is located just a block away which has many restaurants located in it as well as a large grocery store. There is also a 7-11 located just across the street from the entrance to Primavera which is convenient to pick up small things that you may need. While strolling around, I noticed several restaurants located in and around P.R. but we did not use these shops. A laundry service is available as well, but I did not use this either as I packed enough clothes to last the week.

Worst hotel ever! Will never stay here again!! If u are bringing kids with u, this is the worst place to stay at. Theyll make u pay even the slightiest, easiest to remove dirt! Isnt my 2699 enough for that tiny little dirt?! Opportunist people! Paying for 5k.deposit? Come on!! Worst ever!!! They dont even provide blankets!!!

Very enjoyable and welcoming stay!! Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit CDO. Location was excellent too, being right next to a SM and many restaurants! Staff and guards very friendly

We had a family function and relatives from pampanga the booking stayed 2 rooms with double beds and found out couch
There was just a standard couch
The couch was far more comfortable than the bed as it was very worn and the support slats fell out when you moved
The shower hose was cracked and had to be repaired

Good value for money. great location, takes only 3 minutes walk to the SM mall. staff are friendly and efficient. useable kitchen with all amenities needed (ref, microwave, rice cooker, pots, plates, glasses, flatware. Wifi was good.

Please do not stay in this accommodation. This is definitely not a serviced residence. The service and rooms are terrible. The first room we encountered was so small and suffocating. The aircon temp is fixed to 32 deg. So we requested to be moved to another room. This time the aircon was fine but the blanket is so thin, literally a bed sheet. The bathroom toilets and drains overflow. The pantry sink is very dirty. The fridge doesn't seem to be working too. It was certainly a stressful stay. However, location is not bad, nearby is an SM mall and a lot of places to eat.

I will not book here again. It is new without sign board even the taxi cannot find. It is very far from the new airport that takes at least 45 minutes taxi ride and costly as they do not use meter. The design of the room and the layout is very bad FengShui, you see the toilet when open the main door. Room at the corridor end is dark. Free cooking smell from next door. Air con is noisy. Inferior bed, no matres, very thin pillow. WiFi not ready. Feel uncomfortable when step into the room. Only good is helpful staff and shopping mall at a walking distant.

A home away from home . However, during power interruptions, there is no stand by generator for the units. Also stayed in a unit with no airconditioning for the living/kitchen area. Only the bedroom has one.
It is suggested that the amenities/facilities specially in the kitchen area be standardized or the same for all the units that are being rented.
