I saw a lot of ants in the room crawling on the table. Ceiling have crack. Water pressure in the bathroom seems low. I requested to change the bedsheet and pillowcases after 5 days since i booked my room for 9 days.

Malapit lang siya sa highway ngunit hindi sulit ang binayad kasi walang shampoo, sabon at colgate. Walang telephone na.magamit.

Passing time for 3 weeks before my flight. This hotel on the south side of Davao, and i was pleasantly surprised how great and comfortable it is. Clean rooms, good aircon, no in hotel noise. Great bed, pillows, wifi. Even has a comfortable smoking area off to the side of the entrance, that bothers nobody. Staff is great. Cold drinks and snacks sold in lobby, and a perfect well priced restaurant next door. Other stores, western union all within walking distance. There is traffic on the main road outside, but it is muffled enough to where i did not bother me much and does not interfere with my sleep, as it quiets down after about 11pm. Very small ants, but not many to worry. I bought some of the ant chalk nearby, drew a few lines on the floor in select spots, and they pretty much disappeared, as would any crawly.. For the money, i highly recommend this place easily. Happy. Very comfortable.
