We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The owner of the place was very accommodating and kind when we requested an early check-in on the spot, which we were granted without hesitation. The security and safety officer who assisted us even picked us up at the roadside when we thought we were lost; That was truly appreciated. And the price of a stay with a superb home-made breakfast was really great. Thank you so much for making our stay in Tagaytay pleasant. We will surely be back and stay at your place again. Keep up the best service and experience for all your customers.

We enjoyed during our stay. The place is quite and cozy. The staff are accommodating and approachable.

Great experience! Natutuwa ako ang bait ng staff nila and maganda yong nakuha namin room (Madrid) Malinis tapos ang mura. 5200 for 2nights! sulit talaga! If magsstay ulit kami sa tagaytay, sure dito ulit kami. Natuwa asawa ko. Bait pa ni Manong guard at yong nagseserve ng breakfast.

Great Stay. Tahimik. maganda ang view. magplan sana kami umalis after check in kaso due rainy weather we plan to stay sa hotel nalang. malamig kahit walang patayin nlng aircon. ganda pa nang view nang taal. mababait din staff at malapit lang sa kainan walking distance. but sa wifi lobby lang meron wifi hindi aabot sa mga rooms.

the place is so cool, the staff were so accommodating, you won't get angry because there are restaurants near the area 😉

It’s nice and cozy there yet not superbly satisfied knowing the price I pay isn’t cheap, maybe I was just expecting much more than I got.🙂

Door has only 1 lock. No double lock inside the room. No free shampoo and soap.

We had a great relaxing time here at Pura Vida Resort! The view is awesome, the rooms are clean and the staffs are very nice and treat us very well! I'll recommend this hotel to all my friends who wants to enjoy Tagaytay stay :)

Cuenca room - yung bath tub hindi mabilis bumaba ung tubig ung shower parang bidet they need reconstruction in toilet room/wash area free breakfast no free coffee only limited choices too pricey for 180php pool area - water is too dirty.

Were not happy to stay ,with in 2 nights stayed nobody clean the bathroom,and also the smell ,lack of staff.Sa mga travellers dapat call muna kayo bago mag book sa knila ask nyo ang mga amenities nila kaysa ma disappointed ka sabhin na di gumagana ang Sauna😰.No rug in the bathroom, very slippery dangerous sa bata, good location yess 👍

The exterior was good, the pool, I guess nobody was there aside from us. The staff was also okay

Review: 1. Parking - steep slope, i thought i was going to bust a tire... 2. Room - nice and large but the curtains were not positioned properly to accommodate the air conditioning 3. Bathroom - there was supposed to be a curtain positioned inside the bathroom so that people won't see you showering inside, I guess they forgot. 4. Breakfast was only for two when the room is supposed to occupy 4 persons. 5. Overall the places looks old already. It needs a good paint job and well maintenance. It is just a hotel and not a resort because there isn't much to do and the swimming pool is too small.

Not worth it,sayang lang ibayad nio ang ganda lang sa pictures, no slippers, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no hangers, no phone, no complimentary bottled water, no toilet papers i tried to request pero wala daw clang available nagkalat pa ang medyas ng previous guest nila, food not so delicious unlike sa ibang hotel na naibook ko online, hindi worth it talaga ang ibinayad ko, no wifi signal, see through ang walls from d outside from d score of 1 to 10, score nio 1.
