Location is good, near Red Street. Facilities and room interiors are old. Need renovation. "Do not disturb" and "Clean room" switches are not working. Cleaniless is not satisfactory. Some small cockroaches inside room.

A little cozy hotel situated right in the heart of Angeles, within walking distance to all the major clubs, bars and shopping mall. It is clean but apparently hasn't been renovated since it commenced service decades ago. The design and refurbishment is very 80-90s ish. The pool bar is great, lovely food at a very reasonable price. Staff are very nice and helpful, great choice for business travellers

Mixup with booking, got smoking room, instead of non-smoking room I always request. Staff said no smoking rooms not available, but this was after 30 minutes back and forth with a supervisor on phone calls. Then they said a maid would clean out smoking smell. Went up to room and it smelled terrible, overpowering cigarrette smell. Could not stay there without coughing. Asked for refund. After one hour of calls between hapless desk manager and supervisor, requesting simple refund, supervisor told me on phone he would not refund, despite the stinky room I was given, and unwillingness to give me a different room. I even said I was willing to pay for upgrade . For my own lung health, I had no choice but to walk out, cheated by a bad place, with no customer service skills.

他のホテルより安く利用しやすいので仕方ないのかも知れないが今回も利用していないベビーオイルの請求された。毎日掃除の時にチェックしているのにチェックアウトの時に請求され持ってきたベビーオイルの蓋が少し開いていたとの事。使ってないしチェックアウトの時に言う事じゃないでしょうと思ったが車も待たしており飛行機の時間もあった為、仕方なく払った。 金額も50ペソだし、そもそもホテル代を考えれば特に 損という損ではないものの、やっぱり気分は悪い。次に使うかは考えてしまうし次に利用するにしても毎日チェックをしないといけない。そう考えるとやはり掃除係の女性が原因かは不明だがホテルの悪意を感じる。利用する人は細心の注意が必須になるので気をつけてください。

Have stayed here many times, unfortunately the hotel management have taken the decision to remove the cable TV from all rooms. They are now relying on ‘Smart TV’s’ which rely on internet connection to access some not very good stations. But internet access is patchy at best, meaning it’s impossible to watch anything due to endless buffering issues. Shame.

クイーンズホテルの宿泊は3回目になります。 ホテルスタッフは皆フレンドリー私のことを覚えていてくれていました。 部屋でトラブルがあった際はすぐに対応して頂きました。 両替屋、コンビニエンスストア、スーパー、レッドストリートから近く、とても快適でした。

便利で分かりやすいな立地でした。

Schöner Pool, zentral im Innenhof, tief, mit 1m Sprungturm. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Always a great stay and looking forward to the reopening of the roof top bar next stay.

This is my go to hotel in Angeles and that’s because of the great staff and location. The hotel is well built and sound proofing is quite good! The pool is really nice and the gym is decent for a basic workout. I would definitely recommend it! The two things they can improve on is opening the rooftop bar which I used to really enjoy and the water from the toilet gun for some reason smells horrible. But besides those two things I am always happy and the front desk girls are a lot of fun and sweet! The cleaning staff does a great job as well.

The amenities and location were great. Restaurant prices are high.

On their ad, there is no statement on a "SMOKER" room. Once I booked, the email added one item: smoking. Thus, I was in stuck in a smoked room with no other room available. They should update there ad and not sneak in a smoker room to stay. Otherwise, everything else was excellent especially the staff.
