It was soo good! The staff were all so warm with their service. It was our first time staying at a five-star hotel and it was such a good experience. They explained everything to us and gave us a little room orientation. Will definitely book again.

Stayed here several times, but this is the first time that our son’s breakfast is apparently not included in the cost, even when paying for breakfast included. Also, would be nice to know that the pool was closed for maintenance prior to booking.

プールが使えなかったのが残念。 朝食をラウンジ以外でとると高い。 ラウンジは毎日利用した。 場所は良いし設備も綺麗。 今回３部屋予約したがフロアが違いその階のカードキーがないとエレベーターが停まらないので少し不便だったが総じて良い滞在でした。

Radisson was pretty good. The breakfast buffet was good except most of the main dishes were too salty for me. The corn beef, Indian mung beans soup was salty, the Chinese braised beef was salty. The dining tables were dusty and the base of the tables were dirty and needed to be swept. The dining area was always cold in the morning.

The business class area dress code for cocktail hour needs to be a bit more lenient on clothing that can be worn. Maybe no clothing with cleavage showing or at least a long skirt and any nice looking shoes no flip flops. Harder for younger people to have fun and take advantage of room privileges that they have paid for.

6泊の宿泊予定でしたが、到着してからプールがメンテナンス中ということで使用できず、家族でバカンスで来ていたため、宿泊を短縮してプールのある別のホテルに移ることにしました。 ホテルの方に相談したところ、部屋をスイートにアップグレードするという提案を頂きましたが、やはりバカンスでプールがないのはということで、宿泊を短縮してもらいました。 泊まった期間はお部屋をアップグレードして下さり、スタッフの方達もとても親切で気持ち良く対応して下さいました。 立地もショッピングセンター等も近く良かったので、プールがメンテナンス中だったことだけが残念でした。 次回、また機会があれば泊まりたいホテルです。
