Rb Transient House

bridge going inside is narrow and no parking space for a motorbike, difficult for walking, no safety handrail for those who are not used. lack of details about the transient. like: the water stops at 9pm until 5:59 am. you need to let the transient know if your coming back late. its not the place we want to stay again. the price is not good if they have lots of restrictions. Friendly, staff.

Clean hotel. Were able to cook our own food.

The whole place is infested with bed bugs.

You get what you paid :) A bed to sleep with fan rooms. Location is not too bad given that you will only stay to sleep for the night. They only provide a small locker. Problably passport/ wallets and some small gadget to fit staff are friendly. Wifi connection is excellent neighborhood not bad beds (don't expect a 3 star hotel bed ) Additional for towels.

If you’re looking to a quiet and relaxing place this one is perfect for you also for a groups. Your belongings here are secured. A safe place as well. Been here September 23-26 2018. Less hassle! I advice you to book ahead of time to avoid inconvenience. All in all its a yes for me, near in the public market, coron town, mt. Tapyas and maquinit hotspring

The photos are decieving. It is actually in the swamp area meaning there will be more bugs and big mosquitoes and cockroaches(yes, when we open to check out the restroom there are a couple of them). Also the water pump has working hours so be mindful to do all your shower stuffs before 8pm. The towel also has a charge. When we saw the place, because we just came from an Island hopping, we just took our showers there and leave to look for another hotel because getting here is really dark. If you are really on a tight budget and wont worry on the location then you'll consider this. But if you're looking for a nice comfortable looking place that is near the main road or at least passable by trikes, this is a big no no.

We were surprised on its location. It's a house over dirty mangroves. The wood bridges that connects you to the houses are not safe. Just a wrong move and you'll end up in a dump. Kids poop in the mangroves so it smells really weird. There are lots of mosquitoes. You can cook here and use their utensils. Our room (twin bed fan room) was too hot in the morning. We requested for an extra fan but were informed that we have to pay extra money (whaaatt??!) Shower and electricity has schedule so better clean up before 9pm. Security is not good as two of the tenants were robbed (money, I think that was 30k and iphone 6 or 7) If you are really on a budget, choose this but please look for some place near the town proper. We got the room for 1774 for 2pax, 4 nights.

Service was top notch and room is clean. You get what you pay for. The location is kinda bit far from civilization though. But other than that, perfect for tight budget traveler.

This accommodation was cheap and suitable for solo-backpackers like me. Though the location was not really comfortable, it situated on swamp, in a small alley but just a short walk to Coron town, which took me about 15 minutes. The wifi was not strong, the so the shower. However, the staffs were absolutely friendly and helpful, if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask for help. I recommend this accommodation for my friends next time.

Good for backpacking, location is safe but a little bit far from city, but still reachable via tricycle.

Value for money "pop", cleanliness "pop", staff "pop", overall rate "very good", it's just the way before the hotel is a bridge with mud under it so be careful because there's a tendency to slip in the bridge, I recommend this for a family because you can cook your own food and they have a complete utensils, staff are very accommodating and friendly plus the fact that its so cheap! The hotel is good, clean, the staff is friendly, accommodating, the bad is the location and the surrounding there is mud, trash and water under the bridge smell not good

I had a good day at RB Transient. Very comfortable.

Staff were really nice and it's clean inside the house. The downside is location of the property. From the main road, you have to walk 10-15 minutes. The property is located in a swamp like area. On your way to the property, there is an unpaved road. Then you have to cross a wooden bridge. Just be a little careful at night because you might slip in the mud and in the swamp. If you are on a holiday and want a relaxing vacation with a nice resting place, then this isn't for you. But if you are just looking for a place to stay, you might want to consider this because it's really cheap. Take note this place isn't good for children and elderly.

It was Ideal for travelers who are looking for cheap stay. The staff are very accomodating. But it was a little bit far from town proper. Overall it was good. We stayed 3 nights.

Friendly staffs, suggests good itinerary ang places to go. No mosquitoes and insects So clean.
