Booked property was not available. Was transferred to sister property. Lower rating and elevator was out of order. Staff at original property was accommodating, which made up for the issue, but the replacement property was terrible.

Great place to staff. Smart and modern with good facilities. Staff are great. Is a little way out but wirth the walk! Fantastic!

Its closed to evrything, its my 3rd stay the only thing is i didnt have kettle this time.. but all in all its good place to stay .

The property was decent and clean enough. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain, water would stay clogged in the sink if you turned it on, the patio has no view, a lot of nearby vegetation blocking any view. And the shower water doesnt drain well so water sits there many hours leaving a smell in the room if you don't close the bathroom door. Aside from that the place is okay for a few nights, the staff is wonderful and checkin/checkout was a breeze.

Clean and close to everywhere of significance. Staff were fantastic.

Stayed one night. The Aircon was too noisy. The toilet was stinky. One dead cockroach at bedside.

i didnt like there was no elevator, smoking areas right outside your room door,on the ground floor. place smelled of smoke. after 3 days i changed hotels. i will never stay there again.

Based on my room. When I entered it had a terrible stench . Made me sneeze numerous times. The pillows were like bricks . For the money not worth it.

A nice place, yet the area at night is not safe for walking. If you checking with your girlfriend or wife. They should not be asking her for is if you coming back later that evening. As is very annoying and insulting of one is married. They need a better understanding of that.

Great modern 1 bedroom apartment. Ample room. Big wardrobe, safety deposit box, the most comfirt bed I've slept on in a long time, good size fridge and freezer. Twin hotplate, frypan and saucepan provided. Unfortunately the cutlery wasnt clean. Dining room table and chairs, good size bathroom with hot water, daily housekeeping, free bottled water and friendly staff

Property is in a fairly good location close to walking street. Cleaniness was average. What was really frustrating for me is the wifi. Its 2024 and wifi is still terrible, might be Angeles in general.

Over all good place to stay . Only.the issue we jad is the quantity of the wi fi. Staff is friendly. Property is clean and on good location. Definitely will chose again.

It is located inside alley like sketchy neighborhood. Never again.

Good location, this is our go-to hotel when we stay in Angeles

Internet was a disaster. One evening I had a scheduled Zoom meeting with colleagues in the US. Halfway through the meeting, the Internet suddenly went out! When I asked the management when it would be back online, they said, "Try again tomorrow". I had to go to another hotel with a stable Internet connection and book a short-time room, re-joining the meeting half an hour later. The connection going down was bad enough, but just as frustrating was the management's lack of desire to fix the problem, or at least try.

Everything you need for low vost stays. Staff were great, feels safe and secure, rooms cleaned/ beds changed daily/on demand. Few minor niggles: shower not great and didn't drain well but hot as you want; safe didn't work properly, window aircon not as quiet as split type. But bonus of small kitchen and large fridge outweighed any niggles. Id definitely stay again.

Great security, if you can get over the outside appearance then it is a very good place with amazing price. Kind stuff
