After a tiring day exploring Baguio was another tiring scenario at the hotel. Elevator was not working considering we were at 4th floor; and we did not receive any compensation for that. One more thing, they do not consistently clean the room. We were expecting a nice and comfy place to rest at the hotel but what we experienced was horrible. Broken elevator and uncleaned room. We'll never book with this hotel ever again.

The staffs are friendly but we experienced problems regarding the CR. Flush is not working and the shower has problems. It becomes cold after a pail of hot water. But the room is comfortable.

There is water supply shortage in the evening. Aside from that, the water heating and cooling device is not functioning well that made us chilling so hard everytime we take a bath in the morning. Elevators are not in used and since we were on the fifth floor, it took us a full blown effort to get in our room.

We stayed in the 5th floor and the water source keeps turning on/off. Heater is also damaged so we have to bear with the very cold water temperature in bathing. One time, the elevator was marked with "out of service" so we have to walk through 5 floors to reach our room. Overall, the hotel needs maintenance.
