Amazing staff. Super helpful, polite, kind, and professional. 5 star service experience. The room was clean and the hotel has a convenient location. First floor is a bar with live music on weekends. Second floor is a popular restaurant that is very instagramable

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly and nice. But there were really loud drums playing even till 1AM+ at night from the bars nearby and I could hear it clearly at 12th storey.

However, I feel compelled to share my thoughts on this particular location, as I believe it deserves more than the 4-star ratings it's received from some guests. I've stayed here over nine times, and each visit has consistently reinforced my confidence in this establishment. I’ve always felt safe and secure during my stays. One aspect I appreciate is the presence of security personnel who are proactive in maintaining a safe environment by addressing issues promptly—I've witnessed them handling unwanted situations effectively, which speaks volumes about their commitment to guest safety. There was one instance where I had an unpleasant encounter with a foreigner from Australia, and the way the security handled it was commendable. They responded quickly and professionally, ensuring that the situation didn't escalate further. That experience solidified my trust in this hotel, knowing that the staff takes guest safety seriously. I highly recommend this place, especially for single travelers and groups of men looking to explore Makati. The vibe is welcoming, and the staff work diligently to create a positive atmosphere. THIS IS MY GO TO LOCATION! I CAN NOT SAY ANTYHING BAD ABOUT THIS HOTEL FROM THE STAFF TO THE SECURITY!

Always a good experience when I stay here the staff is very friendly and accommodating to whatever I need lots of options on places to eat and drink within the area the only issue I had was I woke up a couple of mornings to the sound of the room right next to me being repaired but overall great experience

Ready nice place to stay

Bellagio has an excellent location but is lacking basic amenities. Front desk is located on the 3rd floor which is inconvenient Rooms are small and affected by noise from street. Although co located with a popular restaurant, service is slow and quality of food is questionable

Great location, with great and helpful staff. Right where you want to be, rooms are quiet, considering where the hotel is located, but I was on the 12 floor. Great dining options and easy transportation options. Hotel rooms are a little dated, but, clean, tidy and well maintained. I will happily stay there again.

Makati is not the safest area for foreigners

Uniquely located property in the heart of everything.

Have stayed here multiple times over years. Great value, Clean rooms, comfortable bed with Filling Station Restaraunt accessable from hotel elevator and great bar on first gloor with live entertainment. Can not beat it gor the price. Only down side is located in entertainment district.

Easily accessible to areas for Dining and night life activities. Hotel staff are friendly and accomodating

Big nice clean room with large windows. Courteous and helpful staff. Toilet flush chain came loose and I had to repair it myself. Minifridge stocked with drinks (you pay for out of the 2000 peso deposit they take at check-in). Considered extending my stay if I wasn't travelling farther. Lots of restaurants and bars close by.
