The hotel is central located to get around Manila.

Stay here frequently. Rooms on the lower floors are Loud. Alternate, high rooms quiet. Their website seems to have been hacked. I booked via a third party & they did get me into the room I requested.

Very bad room service and room cleaning was like the room has never ever been cleaned. Not worth the price for just sleep before going to airport for a few hours.

Right in the heart of P Burgos…above Cafe Cubana and The Filling Station…& a short walk to heaps of other bars, restaurants etc…but inside the rooms was nice and quiet.

The shower head dropped to waist height, the air conditioner was very noisy, the WiFi was non existent. However, the location is very good.

Only complaint was the showers not hot. Other than that it was a great place. Staff was very friendly.

Hotel staff is fabulous. Location is amazing depending upon your scene. Not a family place or area. This is for single dudes that are looking to party...no doubt. Be careful running tabs in the bar. A little padding goes on. I don't think it's always intended but maybe a result of inexperience and disorganization... small thing overall but a little anniying.

I booked the deluxe room. It was very large nice bed with refrigerator microwave safe and a small kitchen. The only problem that I had during my stay was the water pressure for the shower. It seemed to go up and down throughout the days. Until the last day it was almost unusable the staff was very helpful, but all they could check to see was that the main water supply was fully opened or not. It could be an issue with the city water pressure. I don't know. this hotel is located in the middle of the party district, which was helpful for me is being my first day all I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. A lot of fun memories weremade along with meeting some great people

Hotel is OK, except for the management decision do maintenance on the only elevator on property on a Thursday between the hours of 9am to 4pm. Why in the world would you schedule maintenance on the only elevator you have during the busiest time of your guests' activities. Checkout is 12 noon and check in at 2pm. How about lugging your luggage up or down 14 floors. Total disregard for your guest just not to pay overtime to the maintenance company and do maintenance between 1am and 7pm where you would have the least guest activity. Management tried to justify it by saying it's the maintenance company's schedule. You pay the contractor, you decide when the work should be performed according to the least disruptions/inconveniences of your guests.

Always stay here or Makati palace because it's a safe place. Rooms are always clean and staff is friendly.
