The bed is uncomfortable. The blanket and bed sheet has a lot of stains. The heater is not working (maybe because the water pressure is not too much, or idk) After a night stay we felt very itchy all over our bodies; we strongly believed this is due to the very uncomfy bed. I woke up at midnight because it's so itchy! Also, we need to pass first on the smoking area before we can get to our room (third floor)

It was a basic accommodation but the staff are accommodating.
