I stayed here overnight due to I had an early flight the next day. I paid for an early breakfast but they were not able to serve it to me. Was told by staff that she was not aware of it. The lack of communication within the staff that’s why I am giving this review 2 stars. Otherwise, Good location, close to the airport.

Goed voor 1 overnachting als je laat aankomt op de luchthaven van Caticlan en naar Boracay Island gaat. Het ligt wel vlak naast de landingsbaan dus af en toe heb je wel wat geluidsoverlast van vliegtuigen die landen en opstijgen, maar al bij al viel dat best mee. Er is heel heel leuke bar / restaurant waar je tot 23:45 terecht kan op iets te eten. Het eten op zich was ook heel lekker en de bediening zeer vriendelijk. Ik had ook het geluk dat er die avond live muziek was van een locale zanger met gitaar die zowel Filipijnse als Westerse hits coverde.

For travelers seeking convenient access to the Pier and Airport, this location is optimal, especially for those on a budget, like myself, who prefer to avoid transporting heavy luggage to Boracay. If you are flexible and can accept outdated restroom facilities, this establishment is a viable option. The presence of on-site laundry and restaurant services is a significant plus.

The staff were friendly! The room is clean & big with very comfy bed. Restaurant food is great and inexpensive. I enjoyed watching planes go by as its near the runway. Something new.

Very basic, even for the low price I would expect more. Reception did not look like pics, no wifi, tv did not work, uncomfortable bed and pillows, sand on the bed, holes in the wall, mosquitos in the room, dead bugs on bathroom floor, 3 cockroaches during my 1n stay, ripped paper stuck over the window. Air con very loud and hotel is literally at the end of the runway so very noisy, although good for plane spotting! KAMs bar/resto food was good. Made an emergency booking as my flight was canx but would not recommend unless an emergency as is close to airport.

When I enter the room, there is a strong smell. One thing I don't like is they do not accept card only cash. I have a reservation for myself through expedia but I need to have one more room because my two nephews was with me. I do not want them to drive back home at mid night. i was surprised that they only accept gcash and cash. I have no choice but to give them my only 2k pesos left in my wallet.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were approachable and friendly. But there were a lot of mosquitoes inside the room.

There was no one at reception when we arrived and we rung the bell to no avail - we had to ask staff from the restaurant next door to help. The room was ok but the toilet flush was too weak even for toilet paper… the restaurant/bar was right opposite our window and played thumping bass until midnight- not convenient for people wanting to catch an early flight. Location to the airport is good.

Looks like they need some maintenance

Bar restaurant next the beach was wonderful, hotel itself was not good. We got covered in bug bites. Mosquito and ants were all over our room so as we slept we would get bit. Blankets were stained. Staff often seemed confused and unhelpful. It was difficult to order our breakfast each day or find staff to help us. If the hotel could match how nice its beach restaurant is it would be an amazing place to stay but hotel is completely run down compared to the beach bar.

Hotel jest wygodnie położony w pobliżu lotniska i dobrze nadaje się na pojedynczy nocleg podczas podróży. Pokoje są czyste, ogólny standard odpowiada cenie. Do terminala odlotów można dojść na piechotę, z terminala przylotów jest około 3 km, ale można łatwo znaleźć tani transport. Hotel położony przy samej plaży - ładny widok. 100 metrów od hotelu zaczyna się pas startowy - jest to doskonałe miejsce do oglądania samolotów. Niedaleko w porcie znajdują się czynne do późna sklepy i restauracje, do których można dojść w 10 minut na piechotę.

Beside the seashore

Detta hotell borde snarast tas bort från Er sökmotor. Läget är katastrofalt ca 100 meter från flygplatsen runway med landningar och starterprecis utanför hotellet. Service obefintlig, känns ej välkomnande ö h t.

Great staff and best experience.

Very convenient to the airport. Just a walking distance .if you have an early flight. This hotel is the place to stay for an overnight stay. Close to the seashore and very relaxing. nice view Recommended. For overnight stay only

The property is so unique, that if you are fond of watching aircraft arrival and take off you are on the right spot. I noticed we are the only guest at the hotel weekend of Feb 21-23. Wifi on the ground floor does'nt work, you need to to upstairs. Noticed mosquitoes inside our room. A frog is roaming around inside the property. Unleash dogs roaming around the lot. Front desk under construction. Late check-in at 2 pm, when standard is 12pm. Waisted 3 hours of waiting to get our bags to our room, when most rooms are empty. We could have reach the island by 10am instead. Noticed nobody checking out til noon.

It is very basic, just ok if you need a one night to transfer to Boracay

Room is a bit dim-lighted, nevertheless the place is well-neat.

Bit far from shops but there is always a tricycle passing by the power went out a number of times while we were there and backup power flicks on the lights all hours of the night and our room backed on to the laundry for a view which also had the light going all night but the room served its purpose and the staff were friendly and helpful.

basic hotel right next to the airport 2 minute walk. Was everything i expected - cheap and clean perfect for the early morning flight i had to take
