Wow amazing,great staff and location,the mall was next door and the restaurant was walking distance,my fiance and i stayed there two weeks,im from Florida,oh please next time have wifi no wifi and the beds need to be softer,orher than that great stay ,your assistant Jessa Buenaventura was awesome great customer service oriented and the staff also,will be back soon .

I like that they allow visitors for party's. The staff is very fast in attending to our needs.
What we don't like is that, even if you upgrade your room to a 2 bedroom suite, it would still be good for 2 adults. Also that they cannot offer you an extra bed for kids.

Their are hidden information not mentioned before booking a lot of rules that limit a guest to be happy limited access to swimming pool limited use of swimming pools limited guest that can stay in a room over price for a hotel with all those limitations it takes time to check in got frustrated before check in
What I love with this hotel is their guard, Managers, and some hotel staff that manage to understand what we need that is why I keep coming back by the way I am a regular costumer for this hotel since 2023 and was able to refer this to my friends
However if this frustration and limitation will keep going I will no longer book or recommend this hotel
