One of the best service I have ever had in the hotel industry. The customer service is impeccable. I was treated with utmost respect and assistance that made my stay worthwhile that I would stay for another week or month if I could. I will absolutely come back and already recommended it with friends.

We had excellent treatment From the moment we arrived at savoy. Nice hotel with amazing staff who is always helpful, professional and friendly. They made us feel like we were the only ones in the hotel. Rooms are good size, balcony option we had was nice with ocean view. Many options for breakfast and other dining options. The shuttle service to other stations and beach was very helpful. We highly recommend this hotel. We also would like to give special thanks to Richard, Helen, Edalyn, John, Ram and many others that made our vacation outstanding

ADVISORY: As part of our commitment to serve you better, we would like to inform you that we will be carrying out constructions to improve the facilities of Belmont and Savoy Hotels and its neighboring establishments. Inevitably, this will create minimal disturbance from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We would like to extend our apologies for this inconvenience. Rest assured that we are expediting the improvements and we hope to complete it soon. We are hoping for your kind understanding. Sincerely, Savoy Hotel Boracay & Belmont Hotel Boracay Management
Child Policy • Maximum of two (2) children per room • Children 0 - 9 years old are free of charge in the room (provided sharing with parents) and breakfast. • Second child shall be charged with Php 1,000.00 per night, inclusive of breakfast and roll-away bed. • Children 10 years old and above are considered adult and will be charged full rate inclusive of breakfast and roll-away bed. Cancellation & Rebooking Policy • All rates shall be non-refundable. • Rebooking is allowed up to one year from the date of booking. • Mandatory fees and rate difference during super peak dates shall be settled accordingly.

預訂後一直無法聯繫酒店, 電郵沒回覆, 電話沒人接. 3點鐘 check-in, 竟然說房間未打掃好, 要稍等10分鐘, 結果最後要我們等了一個小時多才能進房. 地點非常偏遠, 出入必須叫車, 每程 PHP300. 酒店雖然有提供 shuttle bus, 但班次不密, 所以有多時都是要自己叫車. 酒店的職員態度很一般, 感覺任何事情都是以他們為本, 絕不是把客人放第一位的! 住了4晚, 每天都總會有些不愉快體驗. 這酒店我絕對不會推薦給朋友, 自己也不會再來!

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Savoy. The staff were so friendly and courteous. Breakfast was excellent. Twice electricity went out for a few seconds dueing my 5 day stay. I think the generator picked up the slack right away. I would come back to this place.

Only one barman at main pool bar so service very slow
No one taking orders around pool
Food disappointing and breakfast terrible
Overall I would give this one a miss as there’s plenty hotels to choose from on the island

The staff were very friendly. Met the managers Jessie, Vincent, Deo, Front Office Managers and staff Maddie,Irish and Helen, Frank. They were all accomodating and welcoming.The grounds were kept clean and well manicured. The room was elegantly appointed. We enjoyed the Christmas Buffet and Carolers. Top notch hotel and service. We love the private beach that is away from the crowd of station 1 and 2. Our home away from home. Will be back to stay again.

Everything was ok except for the shuttle service process. They ask guests to have themselves scheduled for the shuttle and there wasn't any process to validate who actually booked for a shuttle. They just let anyone in.
