Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Able to walk within minutes to Ayala along with many restaurants and the park right across the road with many food vendors. All this at such a low price. We will return.

Our Misto restaurant is for our buffet breakfast and ala carte from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, while our roof deck restaurant, Straight Up, is open from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Smoking rooms are no longer available based on the Executive Order No. 26, effective July 22, 2017. Penalty of Php 5,000.00 net per night shall be imposed if violated. The property accepts guests from all ages with proper documentation: For room accommodations, Vaccination Card/Vaccination Certificate for fully vaccinated (ages 18 years old and above). STRICTLY NO VACCINATION CARD, NO ENTRY. Unvaccinated minors need to be accompanied by fully vaccinated adult BacTrac (for contact tracing purposes) https://bactrac.bacolodcity.gov.ph/ Valid Personal ID Maximum of 2 guests per Deluxe Room. Guest/s are required to sign up with https://s-pass.ph/ and submit a NEGATIVE RT-PCR TEST result (72 HOURS PRIOR YOUR ARRIVAL) for places under Alert Level 3 and up to process their Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) if via AIR and SEA Travel. Travel Coordination Permit will be released 2-3 days upon submission of complete documents. For further inquiries and/or clarifications regarding TCP, you may call the Office of Hon. We arrived at 4:42pm to check in but the room wasn’t available yet. We waited for another 15 minutes for the room to be available. Their check out time is 12 noon. So I was wondering why the room wasn’t ready for almost 5 hours since the previous customers checked out. If their excuse is staffing, they already knew ahead of time how many guests were checking in that day and should have prepared enough staff to clean the rooms for new guests coming in.
