The Seda was great for our 2 week stay. All of the staff was amazing and offered superb service especially (apologies as some names may be mispelled) Dinolito, Chryscelle, Jayvee, Razel, and Kingswell who made our stay extra memorable with their amazing service, kindness and professionalism. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the city. The beds were very comfortable and the mall was convenient for browsing and shopping even with many other shops and stores around within walking distance as well as the bus depot. I still cant say enough about the staff and service from the guys at the door to the check in and check out of the hotel which was smooth and welcoming. All the staff was hospitable, helpful, and greeted with class. Will definitely be back. thank you for an amazing stay!

Could have given 5 star to rate if not for a couple of staff in the breakfast area. Though they are nice and courteous some of them lack basic training in communication skills. They are not rude but the way the communicate can irk you. Example: told the greeter I have extra guest for breakfast response was “you know you NEED to pay right?” in a very irritating tone. Another example: ordered coke which of course is not included in the buffet as soon as the soda was delivered server demanded payment right away. We hardly started eating yet and bill slapped in front of our face. Im sure they dont mean to be rude but it come out that way. Other than these issues all is well and of course it wont stop me from coming back

Please advise potential customers when there are activities that will go through the night in the local area that can be heard in the hotel. I have a three year-old son and everyone sleep was disturbed by loud music and a loudspeaker in the park announcing events all through the night and into early morning. Not being able to sleep through the night was bad enough on vacation. I can’t imagine having to get up the next day for a business meeting or official event.

空港送迎を頼んであったが、飛行機が遅延して真夜中に到着…迎えが来ておらず困りました。なんとか辿りついたがクタクタでした。スタッフの方は感じよかったですが

The staff were all kind and the hotel was very comfortable. The location was excellent and convenient.
When we needed more towels or water, they brought them right away upon request.

英語留学のために1週間滞在しました。
ホテルは施設も部屋も綺麗で、快適です。スタッフもみんなとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。レストランは一つですが、どの料理もリーズナブルで美味しいです。
隣のショッピングモールに連絡通路から行けるので、雨でも濡れずに、何でも揃います。
コインランドリーはないので、ランドリーサービスを頼むしかなく、それだけは少し高く感じましたが、その日のうちに洗って届けてくれることを思えば、納得できます。
次回もぜひ利用したいです。

ショッピングモールに隣接しITパークのナイトマーケットも歩いてすぐの好立地で非常に便利でした。スタッフの皆様も大変親切で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
特にlobby securityのGONZARGO ARIELさんがいつも笑顔で挨拶してくれるので好印象でした!

The room was great for us family of 4. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms was awesome. Breakfast was great. Staff were awesome. Lived our stay here. Highly recommended. Supermarket at the basement and easy access to mall ; a plus.

Es ist in IT-Park von Cebu. Viel Restaurants sind offen auch in Morgengrauen. Hilft enorm bei Jetlag.
Hotel ist super. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
