I stayed last year at Seda BGC and had a mixed experience but the stay at Seda Cebu was very good and I highly recommend the hotel.

People are nice safe area

Most things were nice. Food was a bit of disappointment. Lots of things in breakfast, but could be a better quality, especially the eggs; quite disgusting actually. What is the problem of preparing to each guest a nice plate of eggs, not those tiny plates, that eggs coming to your table, all soaked in oil.

We stayed on the 6th floor. The noise through the glass, in the room is very aggressive. Music stays on till 12am. It’s not possible to sleep or wind down. You literally have to wear noise canceling ear buds till midnight. Hotel had only one other room supposedly just two door down on the same floor and facing the same way. The noise was a bit lower but still very evident. At checkin I specifically requested a whiter room farther from the elevator and ended up in a room that was most likely the most noisy. The manager tried to offer a move the following day, but it was just too much hassle. Note to hotel…please evaluate this issue. Thai you.

The hotel smells like mold as soon as you enter the floors where the rooms are. There was an airport shuttle advertised which wasn’t available. We didn’t get house keeping after requesting it. The pool was completely under construction for our stay. The staff were friendly but the building is run down and the state of the building is not reflected in the pictures.

Hands down...one of best hotels i have ever stayed at. the location itself is centralized. the staff are always hospitable, respecful, and kind. the breakfast buffet has a lot of options. the housekeeping staff does a great job making our rooms clean and tidy. the one bedroom apartment we stayed at was very spacious. overall, i will definitely come back again!!!!

Staff are very helpful and courteous

Our stay was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond in the area of customer service and hospitality. The food was delicious. Every request was met in a timely manner. Ronel, Jayvee, Dondee, and Kingswell, just to name a few, were outstanding in their hospitality towards us. Our in-room massages, and both of our masseuses, were great. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and most assuredly would come to stay here again.
