Swimming Pool closed temporarily from 10-7-2025 to 10-10-2025.

Please be advised that at this soft opening stage, available facilities are the swimming pool, gym, game room, children’s playroom, spa villas, pool bar and Misto all-day dining. Suites and function rooms are still being completed and we shall announce their availability as soon as they are ready for our guests’ use. Rest assured that the resort will take all necessary measures to ensure minimal disruptions. AirSwift offers direct flights four times daily between Manila and El Nido. Travel time is approximately 55-minutes using a 48-seater ATR aircraft. Flights departs from the Manila Domestic Airport Terminal 4, Andrews Avenue, Pasay City, 1300 Metro Manila. Please visit the Airswift website for bookings. Seda Lio provides complimentary airport shuttle from/to El Nido airport which is 5 minutes away from the resort. Arrival and departure transfers can be arranged through the resort's Reservations Office.
We would like to inform you of an important update concerning our property that may affect guests with upcoming reservations. As part of our continuous efforts to improve our guest experience, Seda Lio will undergo a scheduled pool and Pool Bar renovation from July 10 to October 10, 2025. During this period, our main swimming pool and Pool Bar will be temporarily closed. This renovation will affect guests with stays between July 10, 2025 and October 10, 2025. While the main pool will be unavailable, we are pleased to offer the following alternative leisure options to ensure our guests continue to enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay: Alternative Pool Options: ● Access to Huni El Nido’s pool - A sister hotel located within walking distance of the beachfront. ● Access to El Nido Resorts – Miniloc Island’s pool- Daily from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Transportation arrangements can be made with our team. Subject to weather conditions and availability.
