Internet would go out every 10-30 min, the work out gym was not open, my stay was 3 weeks and they only changed my sheets once and towels were replaced once. My host for the hotel was very nice and professional. Overall i would not go back to this place again. I would give this place 2 stars.

I love the place! The only thing is that you have to pay for the use of the amenities like their swimming pool, it should be included with your stay

Avoid this place. This renter, and people renting rooms out from the Shell in general. It's really not worth the hassle, even for the low price. When you or I check in from an international flight you just want the staff to greet you and say 'Welcome, how was your flight? Here is your key, see you later.' I have never had a positive experience at the Shell. It's always the same: show up, the renter forgot you were even coming, then some clueless person greets you with: 'Oh, the room you looked at, nah sorry, here is a different one' I will never be back to the Shell. There are plenty of reasonably priced actual hotels in the area.

I had no problem communicating with the unit room's caretaker. It would be a lot better if the people on the reception area/front desk will be trained on greeting guests, be more pleasant because they will encounter different kinds of people from all walks of life.

There was no hot water/only luke warm water for the shower. Room wasn't cleaned as promised every 4 days. Floor wasn't vacuumed properly; lots of hair from previous occupant. The floor rug was filthy. The cutlery wasn't adequately provided; only 1 butter knife. 2 tiny cups for coffee/tea; had to buy our own. Wardrobe/cupboard was like the one someone disposed on the road side. There was no safe to store our passports and cash.

Place is convenience surround with many of restaurant and convenience store and especially neat SM mall of Asia .Big swimming pool and traveling is not the problem from Airport

It was a wonderful experience the place is awesome and I am pretty sure that the place is 100% is very recomended

I would stay at Shell Residence again on my next visit. The staff are great, clean room and facilities.

Everything was great. Someone came and showed us to the room within a few minutes of us arriving, even though we had given them the wrong arrival time. The room was very comfortable, everything worked, the WiFi was good, the kitchen was well equipped and it was all clean. Check out was as quick and easy as check in.

Close to airport and mall of asia.. nice room and good wifi

Shell Residences is the closest living space to Mall of Asia. One can walk to the mall in less than 10 minutes. I will stay there again.

Nice location near to Mall of Asia but this is not a full fledge hotel just a condo rented out by the owner for extra income. No room amenties and services such as toilet rolls, no water and worse still water heater was not working.

Great location walking distance to mall of asia and mall of asia arena. The microwave short-circuited whenever it's turned on for more than a minute. There's no automatically daily room tidy up service available unless prior instruction is given. Hair drier comes with three pin plug therefore must have an adapter to use it. Big nice pool but is chargeable which is not mentioned upon booking. The Tv size is much smaller compared to the one shown at it's room booking catalogue.

Great value for the money ! Hotel is extremely clean and well taken care of . I highly recommend this place if your interested in a clean , comfortable and great located Manila location.
