Siglo Suites @ The Acqua Private Residences

No Netflix. Incomplete sanitary kit. Kinda dirty. We also payed 10k for just the cover of the sofa since we stained it (our fault yeh) but instead of giving us more details on how to or have a haggle for a lower price they just firmly said that's the amount. So yeah. We will never visit this place ever.

The place was awesome. Love the view from the room (livingstone) . But the room lacks few things. ( Ex. toiletries ). Hopefully they could add it. Also no free parking. But overall it's good.

Accommodation were great. you will get your money's worth here.

I enjoyed the stay, however the pool access is not included in the booking, has a strong wifi anyway, but toiletries are not really complete

it is wonderful, but surprisingly, we got smaller room for us, different from what we got last time.. even in a first one, we expecting at acqua residence siglo suites is had a one lay out of room, like to your adds. , but you had different towers.. livingstone, niagara.. were expecting the same unit in your adds, like we been before.. so we need to upgrade our unit into to 2 bedroom, which is more expensive but still the room is different for what we expecting.. and they told us that no rooms available at siglo suitess main tower or in living stone.. so we stay to Niagara, 2 bedrooms, the lights is so dim, relaxing but not reasonable for that kind or small area.. the table is moving.. but overall, service is so much good.. I think you need to specific or detailed to us , so no surprise at all. (no shampoo/soap/toothbrush)

It was good overall, however we weren't able to use the pool as it's closed every Monday, and would've paid P500/head if we did. No convenience stores nearby. The room was generally clean and orderly. We didn't experience the dreaded water interruption between 12nn-5am.

My staycation was so smooth and memorable . Thanks to all the people involved. And the receptionist, she was pretty 😁.

Glad we still able to book our chosen bldg. Even if there’s additional fee. It just so happens that it looks like a downgrade than our last book but still a comfortable place to bond with friends

We did not experience the pool. 500 per head? Seriously?!

I requested to extend our stay there but suddenly they didn't accommodate us.. and not informing ahead of time, I called them and someone said that possible until 1pm.. but I think I call the it's 5am early .. we checked in around 11 or 12mn, so I ask and request for late check out.. but no answer.. that's why we continue and paid even without feedback. . even consideration, we stay almost 12hrs only.. half in a real tym.. but no consideration did.. sad.. :(

Hmm.. there are good and not so good to say. Nothing bad about the rooms, its perefect for us..yung space is ok, yung rooms are big enough, malamig yung aircondition which is very important kasi sobrang init ng panahon. The water was good this time before kasi may oras na mawawalan ng water due to the water crisis that we had, pero buti nalang ok yung water supply during our stay.. Sobrang ok yung place for a simple family and friends bonding (sa mga may other events, hmmm.. Sorry pero we are not the typical party goers and yung sobra sa alak mag inuman, so I’m not sure if this place is good for party type of events, you may inquire though, the staffs are very helpful to answer queries.. anyway for simple gatherings, this is a good place to catch up and bond with family and friends) We enjoyed staying at the pool area, its one of the good place to spend time with your barkada at livingstone bldg.. though hindi kami naka swim this time, hindi sa hindi siya ok, but ang daming tao during our stay.. One more thing that hopefully acqua can consider is for smokers like us, we do smoke so that’s one inconvenience that we had, we have to literally get out of the bldg and find a place to smoke.. Yung price this time, we booked through app, the cost of our stay was cheaper than our last 2 stays, so sobrang sulit and that’s what makes us more likely to go back and chose traveloka for siglo suites@acqua.

it was good, the food was good, our stay was good, but there are times that there is no water. that's the only thing that's not good

I love everything about this hotel. Wi-Fi is strong, they have play areas for kids (indoor & outdoor) and they have a pool that is so instagrammable. Plus you can also get this in an affordable price. :)
