Siglo Suites @ The Azure Urban Resort Residences

The room is really nice but it could use a black out curtain. the blinds didn't help to block the brightness outside that I woke up very early.

Agent customer service is "great and awesome" they are so fast in helping me to amend my reservation. Thank you. But the experience in azure is not. Check in process is so slow and the front desk is not approachable. Check out process is embarassing they ask me again payment even if its already paid and it was suppose to be check upon check in.

because we unable to use pool as it is closed on monday, make sure put it on website so people won't expect

The staffs are accommodating but the guards are not. Other pools are not accessible.

It was a joyful Christmas celebrated at Azure. The whole family enjoyed the cozy place and the staffs were really accommodating. We’re supposed to check-in by 2pm but since we’re early, we’re able to be in our room as early as 12:45pm. Thank you Azure for the accommodation. We’ll surely be back.

Madumi ang lalagyan ng mga spoon and fork walang mga gamit sa kusina very poor ang service pati receptionist ang cr hindi nalinis pati.mga beddings hindi.pinalitan very dis appointed and walang inform na bawal pala mag sigarilyo.sa terrace tapos e chage nyo ako.ng 5 thousand mahiya kayo linisin nyo muna unit nyo bago kayo mag charge sa customer. This my last book sa siglo hotel. Mag proper orientation muna kayo sa mga staff nyo. Especially kay ate receptionist mag aral ka mag smile huwag kang naka simangot kasi nasa front liner ka.

Incomplete amenities on the UNIT Santorini. Room was not so Clean, Floor has so many Dust same with tables and kitchenware. Unlike our first stay last Feb 2018 at Positano Unit All was very smooth Clean and convenient. .

The stay was okay, but it took more than half an hour to check in. Maybe you should speed up the process a little bit.

We arrived siglo @ 2pm to check in but guess what we check in 4pm in the afternoon we wait 2hours and the room is too small. If you want to stay here do not book siglo. You look for rio suites or like miami but don't ever here @ siglo 😡 and expensive here @ siglo so do not book @ siglo believe me worst ever experience really bad.

the santorini tower is so far the swimming entrance. one room's light bulb is busted and we called to have it fixed but no one came.

The room was very nice. We were able to cook and enjoy the moment.

We got there in the morning and our room is not even ready yet. We had to wait and at night when we see our blanket there is a blood mark of full hands. It seems like they just flip our blanket over and our full window and sliding door has no dark curtain so we only have the white thin curtain and they can see us inside even at night and for our breakfast when we went there they didn't even greeted us people are so rude and not friendly. We had to asked about our breakfast and she has this mean face that's she gave us she didn't even smile at all. Very poor service. I'm not satisfied! Not even 1 star.

Recommendable, nice place, they have everything, though azure itself didn't meet my exception. Good stay though with Siglo suites 😊

we were not informed that pools are not available

not informed right away of no pool access , I booked already when important note said no pool access under renovation. then it waa so confusing for the parking areas since a road was closed for another renovation then need to park at the other building with extra parking fee. but stay at the unit good and staff are willing to assist if you needed something because the called to ask if you needed anything don't hesitate to call. (but just a suggestion you may proactively offer what else you can do to enjoy the place ,like anticipate customers need. over all , customer service was good. booking experience not so good

We enjoyed the stay. The room was great and was comfy. We will definitely go back with our friends.

The check in and check out time takes longer and it seems that the reception area is lacking of procedure of processing the guests. The maintenance seems rude to guest that goes to the room from the pool even though there’s no water on the clothes. The breakfast is so disappointing it is just an ordered breakfast better to cook your own. The pool is good though and the room is ok but the hot water is not working. Thanks
