There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling there in a great location. I am glad through this horrible experience i found the sebastian hotel now which i will stay often on my visits at this point

I booked this property from 23-27 Sept. I arrived at 5:30AM on 9/24, but the security inquired of the name and phone no. of the owner (w/c was not provided to me, only a tracking no.) The local cell listed was unreachable, multiple calls made. The security and condo rep couldn't assist, i had to call Expedia rep to cancel and refund my reservation.
