Its a wonderful stay in the hotel. Staff are very nice and respectful. the foods are affordable.

we had to book for overnight stay on our road trip to ilocos norte.
since we were mobile, we researched on cheap nice hotels an hour or two from ilocos norte. hotel rate was good for 2 adults and a kid. we were travelling with our 5yo son so we were looking for a comfy overnight stay.
based on the photos on expedia, room was ok for 1500++ price.
when we arrived at the hotel, we were not disappointed. the hotel looks good and sulit for overnight road trippers. it has a mini pool if you want to maximize your stay.
the staff were all nice and accomodating. although i had to point out that they do not give official receipts for online bookings. which i think is not cool.
overall, we would gladly come back to this hotel for next family long trips :)

In the booking it was breakfast included but was told no breakfast when we went down for it the next morning as you neglected to inform them of this as this turned out to be very embarrassing in front of the other guests we had to go out for breakfast. ..not good.

PRO - Room was clean.
CON -A/C was loud, then in the middle of our sleep, there came a loud noise - the a/c cover fell!

Our experience at this hotel was OKIE, This place needs some improvement from the front desk staff and to the facility itself. There was no SHOWER CURTAINS at all in our room like come on. Also linen via pillow cases so dirty with brown spots. Also telephone in room has no directory like how we supposed to know what number to call for front desk etc.

Had a comfortable stay... Check in was fast; housekeeping staff were accommodating with our request such as foot towels, additional pillows & complimentary bottled water...
Down side: phone lines were dead and our other room was in d 4th floor; E-05 a/c warm
