The location is perfect ..the room is nice with the beddings and pillows it is comfortable to sleep .the thing is our room is right next to their supplies cleaning material room etc. All in all us was a great hotel too..

Outstanding customer service. Hotel staff were friendly accommodating and always with a smile. They go out of their way to ensure customers have a relaxing and stress-free stay. Lots of restaurants outside the hotel, shops and Bars and Clubs to hang out at night. I will definitely stay here again when in the area. They have three garage indoor parking space which is very secure!

The manager and staff are always helpful and friendly. The room was amazing and we will be back!

5 star for the staff they're very corteous and location are great... why 3 star was because of the room... 1st was the fridge was not working but got replaced,.. 2nd was shower... not as powerful, although its ok i only stayed for 1night...3rd maybe water stain at the ceiling, 4th... few electrical outlet...

The property is awesome, just dont like the rooms we got because no windows. No fire exit, the room door is the only exit you can use if there's something happen. ( 04/05/2025 )

The rooms are huge and very strange but it’s a nice place. In a great area for night life.

Room was so clean. I like the wooden floor it makes the room look elegant. Staff always cleaning the p-way and always available to render service. The hotel is walking distance to SM downtown and Harbor point. A lot of bars and restaurant around the area. Since you are situated in the middle of bars and resto expect loud music till 2 am. It can be heard inside your room but it’s tolerable. We will coming back.

The shower drain does not drain as it should. It didn't bother me the first few days but it did on the last day. I should have told the counter.
