A hidden gem in itself. Not so crowded mall. Many options to dine in

Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I put 3 stars on facility conditions as the door card access did not due to low battery. I have to wait for engineering services to replace the battery.

It has its own mall easy access for all your needs

Staff was very accomodating to my request to be able to use the fitness gym early.

Need to improve on stocking more towels, soaps and toilet tissues!

The hotel is clean. The staffs in general are friendly and they always smile and greet us which makes us special. We’re still in the hotel right now because we end up extending our stay to enjoy the rest of our vacation.

Staff are nice and accommodating. The access to robinsons mall are awesome.

Easy access to everything

The price is right. It is not too expensive for a hotel to be in this area in Cebu.

This place is well located within the city close to the port area which makes it convenient to connect with different ferry options.

One of the best hotels I've been to. It states 3 stars but felt like 4 stars at least. Staff was great and the housekeeping was excellent. At the mall so very convenient. Haven't used their fitness and pool so no comment. Overall no complaints. Highly recommend

This is a very popular hotel so the elevators do require some patience when they’re busy other than that this is a wonderful clean hotel perfectly situated for the ferry port. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and professional. We especially enjoyed the bar and restaurant area because it is also literally in the shopping mall that it shares its name with. We will definitely stay here again.
